Downstairs there's a commercial area, across the street is a shopping mall, and the subway entrance is right downstairs, making it a one-stop shop for food, entertainment, and shopping. The apartment doesn't provide breakfast, and parking is an additional charge. It's suitable for both business and leisure travelers, and I've already recommended it to colleagues.
