It’s a pity that I don’t have time to chat with the landlord. It is a little far to walk to the test center, so those who come to take the test are advised to check the departure time.

The location is great, less than 10 minutes' walk from the subway station. The convenience store and snack bar (rice rolls, Chaoshan beef) downstairs are very good. Next to it is Shenzhen University, in an apartment building in a quite high-end community. The room is very clean and tidy, the bathroom is well-equipped, the living room environment is super good, high-definition full VIP projector, game controller, and comfortable large lazy sofa. The store manager is very talkative and can talk freely. If you are traveling alone, he will make you feel very warm. The friends I stayed with at the B&B were also very nice, and it was a heart-warming trip.

位置很好，在深大旁邊，出行方便。衞生做得挺到位，床品乾淨，公共區域和衞生間都保持得整潔。投影效果也不錯，晚上看片挺舒服。 房東準備的日用品很全，洗衣液、消毒液這些都用的是山姆的。每天的手沖咖啡是個亮點，豆子很多。公區氛圍輕鬆，推薦短住或過渡。

來深圳玩幾天，特意選了個南山評價比較高的青旅。 誇一下房東的吃喝玩樂推薦——房東直接把這些都貼在了牆上。外賣，餐廳，小吃攤，咖啡館全都有。 試了幾家，確實都不戳。 還嚐到了房東請喝的祕魯賞花莊園的瑰夏，確實好喝，有很明顯的花香和淡淡的茶感。 總之，住得省心，位置方便，衞生也到位。

挺好的一次體驗，表揚幾個實用設施： 烘乾機用起來很方便，兩小時衣服連洗帶烘，烘完摸起來很軟，好像還順便除毛了，也不用額外付費，這點很贊。 智能馬桶的座圈加熱和沖洗功能很舒服，花灑水温也很穩定。晚上在客廳用了下投影，屏幕很大很清晰，會員也多，足足開了6個。 位置方便，設施都很用心，推薦推薦。
