Went to Shenzhen with friends, and this hotel is conveniently located near Gangxia North, with a small convenience store right downstairs. It was a comfortable stay, and the room was very spacious, which I really liked.

This hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making travel a breeze. The room was spacious and bright, with a fantastic city view from the window. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable experience, offering great value for money. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The room was clean and odor-free, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and great for sleeping. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and very efficient. Needed to take care of business in Futian. A friend suggested this place. It has a different name in Chinese but drivers know how to find it. A truly beautiful edifice. After a delayed flight and late somewhat haggard arrival, the desk gentleman was kind and upgraded my room to a suite. The most comfortable bed. Tub perfect for me or anyone taller than me--which can be a rarity. The ladies at the desk don't know much English but still helped with everything I needed. The room had quality Chinese tea for cheap, wine & then free water and bagged tea. Good quality soap too. Their Coffee Shop gives discounts, but it was closed. The in room dining menu is very seafood and Chinese so there was no breakfast for my palette and the hours of service don't start until 11am. Otherwise an overall a perfect stay.

The service was professional and heartwarming, with staff being gentle and patient. The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped, and I had a great night's sleep. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

I highly recommend this hotel! The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. When we checked in, they saw we had elderly family with us and, even though we'd booked different room types, they upgraded us to rooms on the same floor to accommodate our request. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness and facilities are top-notch. The breakfast spread is extensive, and I especially loved the freshly made 'changfen' (rice noodle rolls) by the chef. The milk and coffee were also exceptionally delicious. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. My only minor comment is that because the room was so big, the TV seemed a bit small. 🤭🤭🤭

The hotel is very grand. The front desk upgraded us to a more spacious room when they saw we had a child, which was really helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious. We also tried both restaurants in the hotel, Tang Palace and the Hunan restaurant on the 6th floor, and both were excellent. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is super important for anyone traveling with kids for a few days. You can wash and dry your clothes in no time. It would be even better if there were a few more washing machines.

The room was incredibly spacious, and so was the bathroom. The environment is top-notch, and the transportation is super convenient, with both Metro Line 2 and Line 8 right downstairs. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the service is excellent.
