We stayed at Hui Hotel as a couple and were impressed by the staff, who were very service-minded and some of whom spoke English. Although we booked a King Room, we were pleasantly upgraded to an Executive King. The facilities and amenities were excellent—the bathroom was spacious with a cozy bathtub, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel’s location is convenient, though slightly away from the major shopping districts. However, it’s easy to take a DiDi ride to Dongmen Market, which takes about 15–18 minutes.

Hui is a great little hotel but I think if they want to keep up with the best 5 star hotel properties in Shenzhen their staff still lacks that little polish when it comes to the finer details. We checked in later in the afternoon on Saturday and it must of been the pm shift. The ladies that checked us in were efficient and polite but they kept on having issues swiping my Amex card for incidentals and said my card has a problem when I know it’s their machine. They said they had a system upgrade and had issues taking Amex and if I can provide another card.  My Visa card worked fine but I felt their team could have handled that in a more polished manner. If you can’t take Amex just say it instead of keep on swiping 2 different Amex cards and saying its my card issue.  Another thing is I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool and when I asked about it they said it’s closed and under maintenance. When I went to the gym the pool looked like it was in perfect order and I felt I was lied to but anyway take note if you want to use the pool.  Ctrip also had a complimentary drink offer which I never got so I felt overall these few experiences left me wondering if I was too much of a hassle for them and I didn’t get what I paid for in my hotel experience.  The rooms are very spacious and clean and we had a good night sleep but when we first walked into the room it did have a smoke and strange smell but when we turned on the A/C it was fine after.  We booked a room only rate and later in the morning we decided to have Yum Cha at their Chinese restaurant on the ground floor and managed to pick up a fantastic offer on *******. The food dim sum was made fresh and tasted good and the staff were very helpful and attentive.  I think one of the biggest pluses of this property is the Shenzhen Central Park across the road from the hotel. If you are a runner there is a great track you can run along the park and I found this one of the biggest attractions of this property.  My family liked this property and we will probably come back but please give your staff more training as you can be better!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay, starting with the easy checking in process with complimentary self service drinks. Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful explaining how we could order food online if we choose to dine in. The room was so beautiful and clean with charging cable that was provided. Amenities is provided for the stay and topped up daily. There’s a cute lil robot that delivers delivery. Great service, homely feel. We enjoyed the stay a lot.

The hotel's guest services department was very thorough, and the service was decent. The room was cozy and comfortable, making for a great stay. It's also very close to the subway station, which was convenient for getting around.

Great boutique hotel next to a huge urban park but also just 10min walk to Huaqiang electronic district which was my purpose. Quiet neighbourhood, great design with a scent of its own in the lobby. Great room with serious design and there is a nice tub. Room is neat and tidy and well provided, and the package included a yumcha set in the morning. Great for a short escape

Close to Huaxin subway station. The breakfast on the 8th floor was decent, with some local specialties. Plus, the takeaway food nearby was delicious.

The room was great, and the bathtub was lovely. The food was also good. Staff members Xiaobao and Xiaochen were very enthusiastic in explaining the facilities. It was a good experience overall.

One of the best hotel in Shenzhen. From the bell boy to the reception and the restaurant staff, you will receive top notch services- thumb up. Their dim sum is good. The staff are super friendly and they had upgraded us to a bigger room without us asking and when we call and ask on check out timing they had automatically inform us that they had extended our checkout timing to 2pm. Impressive. We Had Accidentally left 4 boxes of blueberries and tomatoes in the mini fridge, staff treats for them haha

The young lady at the front desk was proactive in communicating and resolving issues, which was very helpful.
