服務態度很差！我們幾位住客在樓下大堂，大堂內有給客人提供的水，我們發現涼杯是空的，提醒加水。服務員在玩手機，頭也不抬的就説有水，態度很不耐煩。再次提醒的時候，態度更加蠻橫，問其工號多少，直接寫在便簽上，説：“投訴我吧”。

🛁 服務篇：客房服務的質量真的讓我非常滿意👍。每天的清潔工作做得都非常到位，床單被套換洗得乾乾淨淨的，讓人感覺特別舒適安心。服務員們也都是非常有禮貌和專業素養的人，無論何時何地都能夠提供貼心的幫助和服務。最令人驚喜的是這裏還配備了洗衣機和烘乾機，對於我這種經常出差的人來説真是太方便了😌 ，不僅可以節省時間還能減少帶太多衣服的煩惱。

衞生：酒店的衞生環境不是很好，原因在於我住的那個房間，他的馬桶的地方還是很臭
還有一點，我就是要非常的點名批評一下酒店的餐廳了，因為酒店的餐廳他的這個東西沒有蒸熟以及他的水果沒有洗乾淨就不説是口味吧，我覺得這最基本的東西總是要弄好一點吧，這也是對客户的一個負責任吧希望酒店加強一下吧
