This is my first stay at a HUAZHU Hello Hotel, and it feels pretty similar to the HUAZHU JI Hotel from over ten years ago, perhaps just missing the late-night snack service. The front desk staff was really accommodating and provided excellent service.

I've never seen a hotel front desk call a guest at nearly 1 AM. They called without properly verifying the situation, showing no consideration for disturbing my rest. The soundproofing is incredibly poor. When they realized their mistake, they just brushed it off with, "Oh, then it wasn't the right room." Can the staff please be more professional? Don't they know how to read a clock? Don't they know what time it is? Don't they know how to verify information? Also, the room smells strongly of mildew.

Stepping into the hotel hallway, I was immediately impressed. The gradient carpet, transitioning from light gray to warm orange, felt luxurious underfoot and absorbed almost all sound. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to Xiangxi Village, surrounded by shopping areas with endless options for dining, entertainment, and fun. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. It offers superb value for money, I highly recommend it!

The hotel is located in a very lively area of the neighborhood, lots of eateries. Approx. five minute walk from the metro station. The hotel itself looks modern and pleasant. Staff doesn't speak english, however they were all very nice. Room was cleaned daily, bed was comfortable, free washing machine available. As downside, sometimes the outside noise durind the night was uncomfortable.
