The service is great and the hygiene is good. It's close to Gangxia Metro Station, Futian High-speed Rail Station, and convenient for shopping at Excellence Centre. I'll definitely come again. It's also very convenient for Futian Exhibition Centre.

Xiaoying, Xiaoting, and Xiaozhong provided excellent service! I loved the free laundry and delivery service. I really like this hotel.

This is my second stay here, and it was just as good as the first. The room was clean, and all the staff were super friendly and efficient! It was pouring rain when we checked out, and one of the staff members even walked us to the subway entrance with an umbrella. So thoughtful!

This time, the hotel upgraded me to a room with a bathtub, which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway, with many dining options nearby. It's not my first stay here, and I'll definitely be back again.

There was a choice of two pillows, and the bedding was very comfortable. The perks are excellent; they offer complimentary coffee and afternoon tea daily from 2-4 PM. The laundry and gym facilities are fully equipped, and the service is gentle and attentive. This is a hidden gem in Futian! Five-star rating!

The service was great, mainly because there's a wellness center next door so there's a noticeable mugwort scent. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting anywhere, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. You can get directly to Gangxia North without needing to make a special trip.

The hotel room was clean and hygienic. The front desk staff, Zhu Zhu and Xiao Bing, were very friendly and attentive. They processed my check-out quickly and even allowed me to store my luggage.

The hotel is conveniently located right at a subway station, making transportation incredibly easy. Barry, one of the staff members, was very attentive. They also offer afternoon tea and traditional sweet soups.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station right outside that offers direct access to Futian Port and Hangzhou Port. It's also within walking distance of Excellence Centre Mall. The front desk staff provided excellent service, and the hotel has a gym, laundry room, and even a food delivery robot.
