I booked a deluxe king room, and the city night view from the window was absolutely mesmerizing. The room design was simple yet stylish, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. A special shout-out to the front desk lady – she was so kind and thoughtful, which made the whole check-in experience wonderfully warm.

This hotel is located in Nanshan District, conveniently close to both Metro Lines 2 and 12. Downstairs, there's a park, and across the street, you'll find a wide variety of restaurants and a shopping mall. It's on the sixth floor of Zhaoshang Building. The value for money here is excellent, although the rooms are a bit small, they have everything you need, including complimentary laundry service. For just over 300 RMB, you get two days of breakfast, two afternoon teas, and two dinners, which feels like a great deal. The hotel's breakfast is also really good.

Amenities: Disposable toiletries and mineral water are provided, perfect for a trip to Hong Kong. The facilities are all-inclusive, except for the lack of conditioner. There's also a gym, laundry room, and restaurant. The hotel lobby is on the 6th floor, so you might need to look for it a bit. It's a short taxi ride from Shenzhen Bay Port, costing around 20 RMB and taking about half an hour. Friends going to Hong Kong Disneyland might consider staying here for easy border crossing. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy, everything is new and spotless. A special shout-out to the 'Travel Exclusive' laundry service – they pick up, wash, dry, and deliver! Since I came from the south wearing thick clothes, which were way too warm for Shenzhen and Hong Kong, this service was a lifesaver. You can have 5 items of clothing washed per day (regardless of thickness); just leave them at your door and call the front desk. Someone will pick them up 24/7, wash, dry, fold, and return them, so they're clean and fragrant, ready to be packed directly into your suitcase. Service: The service was excellent. Especially the complimentary healthy low-fat dinner – it was nutritious and delicious. You need to call the front desk at least 2 hours in advance to reserve and choose one of three options. I picked the pan-fried steak set. My flight was delayed significantly, so I couldn't eat on time. I particularly want to commend the butler who kept my dinner warm in an insulated box, allowing me to enjoy a delicious, hot meal after being traumatized by airplane food.

The tranquil oxygen bar, negative ion king room, was truly a pleasant surprise. The negative ion system significantly improved my sleep quality, and I woke up feeling refreshed. The room's soundproofing was excellent, and coupled with the well-designed lighting, it created a rare peaceful space in the city.

I didn't make a mistake choosing the 'Tranquil Oxygen Bar Negative Ion King Room' at this hotel. The air in the room was exceptionally fresh, like staying in a forest oxygen bar, and my sleep became much deeper. The sleep-aid steam eye masks provided by the bedside were a thoughtful touch, and my eyes felt much more comfortable after using them. The staff's soft-spoken greetings made me feel incredibly warm, and I even received a small gift when checking out. Such thoughtful details make me want to come back again.

Chose this amazing hotel for my vacation! The scenic bathtub king room was absolutely my favorite. I could gaze at the blue sky and white clouds while soaking in the tub, and at night, I'd lie in bed and count the stars ✨. It's super close to the beach, so I could go play in the waves anytime. Plus, the free parking is a huge bonus for those driving! The staff ladies were all so sweet and helpful when carrying my luggage.
