SAVHE Hotel Binhe Times Shenzhen

Facilities: The smart features are impressive, and the sofa was even more comfortable than I expected. My mom and I really enjoyed relaxing and chatting over tea in the room. Cleanliness: Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Environment: The hotel's overall decor perfectly matches my taste – soft orange lighting creates a wonderful ambiance. During the day, opening the curtains allows for plenty of natural light. Service: They offer complimentary welcome fruit, breakfast, afternoon tea, and even late-night snacks. The food quality is excellent; it's simple but definitely not an afterthought, and my mom, with her traditional Chinese palate, was very satisfied. You can also call the butler service to have laundry done, which is perfect for lazy travelers like me. The room even has a foot bath and foot soak tablets, ideal for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Location: There are three shopping malls nearby, making dining, drinking, and shopping very convenient. It's also not too far from Shenzhen Bay MixC and Luohu MixC – a 15-20 minute taxi ride. It's very close to the Jinggang'ao Expressway exit, so it's highly recommended for those driving. My mom was very happy with the hotel and said she'd love to come back!

This was my second stay here, and this time I brought my mom along. She was extremely satisfied! Not only was the room spacious and well-proportioned, but the minibar was also well-stocked with drinks and snacks. The breakfast and afternoon tea offerings were much more extensive than what you'd find at a typical hotel. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable against the skin. As someone who rarely gets to sleep in completely on a workday, I hit the 'deep sleep' button and truly woke up naturally. I thought it was only 7 or 8 AM, but to my surprise, my phone showed it was past 10! The soundproofing here is also excellent; you don't hear any kids running around or making noise outside. Finally, I have to praise the doormen and front desk staff. Every single one of them was genuinely sincere and dedicated. As soon as I took out my ID, tea was already being served. They've also changed the aromatherapy scent since my last visit a couple of months ago; the green pomelo one is very refreshing and pleasant. When I left, the doorman was also incredibly thoughtful and meticulous in placing my luggage in the car, reminding the driver to drive carefully. And the ladies in the laundry room are truly diligent with every piece of clothing sent for cleaning – they fold everything neatly and package it before delivering it to your room, so you don't have to worry about a thing. You all worked so hard during the New Year! I wish you all a smooth year at work. I'll definitely be back on my next business trip~
