Doubletree by Hilton Shenzhen Bay

My stay here far exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The bedding was so soft, I slept like a baby. Simon provided attentive and prompt service. Overall, it was quiet and cozy. Highly recommended!

The hotel room was very spacious with a great view outside. Li at the front desk was very welcoming and provided excellent service, responding promptly and offering helpful information. This hotel offers good value for money in the area, and the environment is fantastic with a sky garden. I'll definitely come back again.

My experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Shenzhen Bay was absolutely fantastic! The sky lobby offers expansive views, and the hotel's service manager, Michael, was incredibly warm and efficient. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with their signature warm cookies, which felt both thoughtful and special. The room was clean, tidy, and had excellent natural light. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provided stunning views of the 'Spring Bamboo' building and the Shenzhen Bay nightscape. The bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were high quality. The location is superb, close to the metro, shopping districts, and parks, making getting around very convenient. Breakfast was extensive and fresh, and the service was attentive to every detail. Overall, it felt upscale and considerate, perfect for both business trips and vacations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

The hotel's location is exceptional, situated on Shenzhen's best street. The 20th floor had a wonderful festive atmosphere, with claw machines, giant teddy bears, rocking horses, and an ice cream machine – so much to see! Simon at the front desk was very welcoming and hospitable. It was a very pleasant stay just before the New Year!

We circled the hotel for a while in the evening before finally finding the entrance, which surprisingly had no lights. Food deliveries could only be left on a shelf on the ground floor, and guests had to go down themselves to pick them up. The hotel phone also went unanswered. I definitely don't recommend staying here.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is great, and the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming. They offer free parking, and the breakfast is delicious. It's definitely worth staying here, and the rooms are spotless.

This hotel has absolutely no redeeming qualities, apart from being new. I requested a high floor in advance, but they gave me one of the lowest floors without any explanation. Even though it's only a few floors difference, it still felt a bit odd. The room itself was an absolute disaster. How can a hotel room manage to smell of both fresh renovation and the toilet at the same time? The shower drain was completely blocked, causing the water to overflow everywhere. When I reported it to the front desk, they casually said, 'Oh, I'll have someone look at it.' The sink drain made a loud gurgling noise. The blackout curtains were at least ten centimeters short of the floor, making them completely useless during the day. The bottled water was generic, the coffee was fake Nescafé, and the minibar was chargeable and empty. The front desk staff acted like you were a robber if you asked a question, giving half-hearted answers. For example, when I asked if my Hilton Honors benefits could be used, the answer was, 'You booked through Ctrip, so no,' and 'Can you earn points? I don't know.'

Absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting anywhere, and the night view from the window is stunning. I have to give a special shout-out to Thome at the front desk. He upgraded my room upon check-in, gave me great tips for exploring the area, and even helped me figure out taxi options. I was so happy with my stay and will definitely be back!

The room's decor is quite modern, and the toilet is smart. You don't even need a key card for electricity. The outdoor garden on the 20th floor is stunning, offering great views of Shenzhen Bay.
