The cleanliness is excellent all around, and the price-to-value ratio is pretty good, leaning towards the higher end, which is acceptable for this location near Baoneng Center. I hope they maintain this standard of cleanliness and quality. The lady at the front desk was also very gentle and helped us extend our check-out time to 2 PM. The location is good, making border crossings and travel hassle-free. You can take the subway to go to the beach.

This LOFT hotel is fantastic! The space is huge, and the two-story layout is really unique. The decor is stylish, and everything is very clean. The location is convenient, and the service is excellent. Definitely worth staying here.

Clean and tidy, this was my first time booking a loft and it was incredibly spacious, maximizing comfort. The projector for watching movies was very convenient, with a stable network and great picture quality. I'll definitely be back. The bedroom being upstairs made it very quiet.

The room was thoroughly cleaned, no strange odors, and all facilities worked perfectly, including strong AC and hot water. The location was easy to find, convenient for getting around, and had plenty of amenities nearby. The service was polite, and check-in was super quick with no unnecessary procedures. The space felt more generous than expected, and both the natural light and soundproofing were decent, making for a very relaxing stay. Good value for money, perfect for a short trip or a brief stay. This hotel is essentially an apartment building converted into a hotel, similar to what you'd find with serviced apartments like Ziroom or Airbnb, but managed centrally by the hotel. The location is super convenient for getting around and shopping. Our room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfy, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept like a baby. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was quick and efficient, and they paid attention to all the little details, which was really thoughtful. The overall atmosphere was cozy and elegant. Ambiance: Pretty good, not many people, quite peaceful.

Staying at this high-rise duplex hotel was a great experience! The room has panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that provide amazing natural light, perfect for taking photos. The giant projector screen has a super clear picture, so during the day you can enjoy music, and at night, with the lights off, it turns into your own private cinema. The front desk staff even provide movie memberships, so you don't have to pay extra – it really sets the mood! It's also super close to Luohu Port, just a 15-minute taxi ride, which makes crossing into Hong Kong very convenient. The room was very clean, and the service was excellent; they were always ready to help and would deliver anything directly to our door. On check-out day, they even offered free luggage storage. I highly recommend it to everyone!

This apartment hotel is undoubtedly great for its price point. The location, service, cleanliness, and in-room facilities are all excellent. However, I can't overlook the huge discrepancy between the photos of the lobby on Trip.com and the reality. When I arrived, I felt completely catfished by the 'lobby photos' (I forgot to take pictures). Luckily, the in-room facilities were pretty much as advertised, otherwise, I really wouldn't have been able to accept it. This point definitely lost them some stars. The shower drain in our room was clogged, but thankfully it was handled promptly after we complained. Full marks for service!
