I only found out this hotel room had no windows when I checked in! The front desk told me the window was in the hallway, but Trip.com didn't mention this, and even stated there were large floor-to-ceiling windows. It's ridiculous to pay over 500 for a room with no window. Luckily, the kind lady at the front desk upgraded my room, which is how I ended up with the room in the picture.
Trip.com, can you please be stricter with your hotel room agents? Or with the hotels themselves? So often the rooms I book through your site don't match the description... either there are no windows, or the room size the hotel provides is different from what's described on Trip.com, or even the room and floor aren't what I booked! Money is hard to come by these days. I've encountered so many instances like this with rooms under 500 a night, I'm now genuinely scared to book hotels on Trip.com within mainland China.
