Lisux Residence (Shuiwei 1368 Fumin Subway Station)

This hotel is really good ACTUALLY! The room size is just right and very well designed, except for the bathroom which I found a bit difficult to use due to unusual positioning of shower head and the mirror. But I think it makes sense cuz it’s not originally built for a hotel per se. Everything you need is in the room, fridge, washing machine with drying line on the balcony. No hangers tho which a bit of a downside as it’s hard to dry clothes without hangers. But here’s the big caveat. This accommodation is located in an eatery center with lots of people coming everyday. And apparently there’s a bar or something that operates until early in the morning. And oh boy, it’s soooo loud. I couldn’t sleep at all. They’re literally still screaming up to 3 to 4am. And just when I finally got to sleep in the morning, the cleaning staffs can be heard quarreling outside. My booking was originally 3 nights but I checked out immediately after one night. The lady at the reception is really kind tho. She’s very helpful.

Good value for money and close to many eateries. The room was clean and equipped with a washing machine, fridge, hair dryer and a kettle. Would stay here again for sure.

Super clean, comfy and spacious rooms with the location close to futian checkpoint to go to Hong Kong. Plus, the staff are always accommodating and the "cultural block" itself is a lot of fun.

It has washer in the apartment and the location is very nice since it is near the night market and Futian subway with 11mins walking distance
