Wyndham Grand Shenzhen

Room is spacious, location is actually pretty good. But 1 thing I can't stand is that the toilet in room smell bad.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location, nestled right in the heart of Shenzhen's CBD and just a stone's throw from the Convention and Exhibition Center, making it incredibly convenient for both business trips and urban exploration. My overall stay was thoroughly pleasant: the room was tidy, well appointed, and offered a nice view of the bustling cityscape, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Jossce at the front desk. She was not only professional and efficient but also incredibly attentive. Going above and beyond her duties, she proactively arranged a room upgrade for me and kindly extended my check out time, which made my trip much more relaxed and hassle free. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

A good hotel, but outdated. It's obvious it hasn't been renovated in a while. A very spacious room with a view of the CBD. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I really liked the high ceilings and the view from the panoramic windows. The staff was polite and helpful – I needed to pick up and send packages, and everything went smoothly. The cleaning lady on our floor was very nice! The only downside was the dim lighting in the room and the air conditioning didn't work very well - it barely cooled the room.
