A really good space, clean and tidy in a great location! Cleaned every day and fresh linen/towels after. If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay in SZ - this is it. Reception are super nice and help out with parcels and everything you need!! We even got a room upgrade!

I think there is a good place to live because it is near kkone which a large shopping mall.

The location was good, the check in staff were helpful. But the room was small and the bed was not comfortable. Very hard mattress. Toilet was also small and rather old. But was liveable, just not comfortable sleep.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel; great service and value for money! I found the location to be very convenient, since I had an appointment at the HKU Shenzhen Hospital. I also enjoyed spending some time at the Shenzhen Bay Park, which was only one short train station away from Xiasha. Will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends when they visit Shenzhen.

Location location location So many restaurants and a state of the art mall just downstairs. subway station is 3 min walk. This is a good choice if you just need a home to sleep and want to save time with travel and eating.

The Hotel is situated just next to KKone Shopping mall, is very convenience and there is so many small restaurants nearby, you can enjoy different kind of food.
