So convenient. Just a walk from terminal to reach at the hotel lobby . I arrived late and all I need is a good shower and rest. This hotel seem to have it all. So cozy.

Absolutely amazing stay. One night before flying out. Had the afternoon tea and it was delicious. Excellent staff and service. From terminal short walk to hotel from exit 16 from arrivals hall and then to third floor there is a walking brindle between airport and hotel.

It is so good!!! So wonderful!!!
The hotel is so fancy and was much nicer than expected, there were a lot of hotel facilities, and the buffet is fantastic!
I really recommend everyone to stay in this hotel, will come again if we will take a flight to or from the Shenzhen Airport.

This is a good hotel and it is easily accessible to Shenzhen Bao’an Airport from the 3rd floor. The room is big and the beds are comfortable. Good buffet breakfast.

房間非常之好，前台服務態度很好而且专业，it only takes us about 5 minutes to check in, and when we rang up the operator is very helpful and polite, 还有礼賓部的staff is very friendly and helpful，we want to try to get something to eat locally they got us a MTR map and explained very clearly👍 one thing may be need to
improve is the coffee shop, staff may need more training to meet the need of the customer ..

Booked a room with lounge access advising i would arrive late at night and leave at 1pm the day after.
I got to know that the lounge only opens at 2pm...i rescheduled my business meeting at the breakfast area.
At the breakfast area while i left my table to take some juice, the waiter accomodated another guest(while the sign "occupied was on the table).
This time i am very disappointed of the service.

This hotel is gorgeous. Clean. Very comfortable and quiet considering it’s at the airport. Oh and getting to the airport is beyond easy. 5 min walking.
This is a 5 star experience!

The room is simple and clean. Basic amenities is fulfilled. Somehow the feeling of the place is one word OLD. If you are expecting a grand entry. This is not the place to expect. Paying the premium price for the hotel is solely for convenience for flight in the airport. You may proceed to level 3 of the hotel to walk over to the airport for departure.
The restaurants in the hotel is serving premium dishes. Nice environment and the food is tasty, if you don't mind the premium.
Overall is an average experience as its meant solely for flight. The premium paid just not justify if you are staying in Shenzhen Futian or Luohu. Probably gotta wake up a few hrs earlier. Well you can catch a few winks in flight. If not what better stuff to do in flight stuck in the chair. Lolz. Cheers! Happy Flying!
