The reason we chose to stay in this hotel was that we made an appointment at the outpatient clinic of the nearby cancer hospital (at 9:30 the next morning) Because the hotel facilities were damaged and old, we changed three rooms in the early morning. Below, I will describe the rooms into A, B, and C to facilitate lightning protection for consumers. Room A was also the first room I checked in. The air conditioner suddenly turned off at around 4 a.m., and then the TV turned on at 5 a.m. and made a loud noise. It is worth noting that when the TV is turned on, it will play the hotel's promotional adverti*****t, which is as loud as a live house. After waking up sweating profusely at 5 a.m., we quickly called the front desk. The final diagnosis was that the room card had a bad electrical connection. At 5:30 a.m., we were moved to room B. Although we were angry and frightened, we had no choice but to move to the second room B. About an hour after we fell asleep in Room B, that is, at 6:30 in the morning, the wind blowing from the air conditioner outlet suddenly turned into hot air. The temperature in the room was much higher than that in the corridor, and was no different from the outside. After the maintenance personnel arrived, they said they did not know the cause and could not do anything. Afterwards, we packed up our luggage again and went to room C, the third room, which was changed by the front desk. From four o'clock in the morning until 7:30 in the morning, we were constantly awakened from sleep, which greatly affected our arrangements for the next morning. Apart from a simple verbal apology on the phone, the hotel did not take any measures or ideas to solve the inconvenience and pressure this time caused to customers. As a consumer, I hope the hotel can give us a reasonable explanation. If the hotel chooses to act stupid, then I hope this review can serve as a reminder to other friends who plan to stay at deq. Final addition: The charging ports in rooms A and B are damaged or filled with some unknown objects. The plug in room C had a mushy smell when used.

However, when I checked out at noon today, the new staff at the front desk had a very poor service attitude. They also asked me how to pay for overtime. They are all old customers. If their attitude was better, they wouldn't have much money to pay and they wouldn't make it difficult for the staff.
