Even though the hotel is older, it's clear that the international chain's management standards are incredibly high. If this were a domestic brand hotel, after so many years, the facilities would likely be run down. But this hotel is still in perfect condition, and there's not a trace of odor in the rooms – that's a testament to their excellent management!

This is already my top choice hotel whenever I'm in Shenzhen! The staff are incredibly friendly, and all the rooms are on high floors with amazing views. It's clean and hygienic, and they even follow up to ask if you need forgotten items mailed to you. Such a thoughtful hotel!

Everything was immaculately clean and looked brand new. The lighting and ventilation in the workout area were also excellent, making my daily workouts a real highlight of my trip. Even more commendable is how attentive the hotel is to guest feedback. During my stay, I mentioned wanting more yoga mats in the gym, and to my surprise, new mats were neatly arranged in the corner the very next day. This kind of efficient response and dedication to guest needs is truly rare. With such thoughtful service, excellent facilities, and a willingness to listen, this hotel is definitely my top choice for business or leisure in Shenzhen.
