The room was spacious, with a separate walk-in closet and a bathtub, and the view was fantastic. The breakfast had a great variety, it was my first time having congee at a hotel breakfast! There's a tennis court and a pickleball court on the 4th floor, but you have to pay extra to book them.

Loved my entire stay with my husband! It’s my first time in China and we opted to explore Futien in Shenzhen as our first stop just to familiarize myself with the area.  The location of the hotel was perfect, literally walking distance from the high speed train station, which we appreciated.  Our room had an incredible view and the space inside the room was huge! The bathroom had a tub, we had a walk in closet and had a very comfortable bed. The temperature upon entering the rom was also perfect - can’t say that abt other hotels!  We opted to include breakfast buffet as part of our stay - and it did not disappoint. The selection and quality of food exceeded our expectations and all staff were very friendly, the ones we came across were so warm, friendly, and very accommodating!  Thank you Shangrila Futien for the most perfect first time in China experience. ♥️

Conveniently located near Futian High-Speed Rail Station, making travel easy whether you're heading to Hong Kong West Kowloon or Guangzhou South Station. There's also Coco Park and a variety of dining options nearby. The hotel itself is quiet and comfortable, and the double room was spacious enough. I specifically requested two breakfasts, and they were very generous and delicious (see photos).

Location best. Right above 福田station, extremely convenient for mtr, taxi, high speed railway. Staff kind, polite and efficient. Room nice, clean and bright. All facilities well maintained. Swimming pool indoor. Gym big. Buffet breakfast excellent as choice of food beyond expectation.

Although the hotel's facilities are a bit old, the staff's service was excellent. They even brought me a whole table full of ice-cold drinks. And get this, the robot delivery service was so bold, it ran out of battery! But the staff still brought everything up to my room. Later that night, when my lights wouldn't turn on, a staff member came to help me out too.

Had an amazing weekend stay here. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the Futian CBD, surrounded by great shopping malls and parks. We tried the buffet at Café Zen, and the seafood selection was fresh and diverse. The indoor heated pool and gym facilities were excellent and well-maintained. The room was luxurious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It is a perfect oasis in the middle of a bustling city. Special thanks to the staff for their warm hospitality!

The room offers a stunning panoramic night view, especially from the higher floors overlooking the Civic Center. It's truly captivating and highly recommended. It's also just a 5-minute walk to Futian Station, and the room itself is clean and tidy.
