Whenever possible, I always choose to stay here. It feels so warm and reassuring. This time, I even got a complimentary upgrade, which made me incredibly happy! I'll definitely be back. And that Tieguanyin tea is really good :). You can truly feel the love in all the little details.

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel's location is very convenient, making dining and getting around hassle-free. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, promptly resolving any issues. The room was generally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was decent, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was thoroughly cleaned, with plenty of hot water and a good selection of toiletries. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the food was tasty and met our needs. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable, offering good value for money. It's a suitable hotel whether you're on a business trip or a short vacation, and I'd likely return if I have the chance.

The cleanliness really needs improvement; there were even fingerprints from previous guests on the bedside controls. Also, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to flood the bathroom, but since I was only staying for two nights, I didn't bother calling anyone to fix it. What truly needs the most improvement is the staff's attitude. I wonder if it's because it's an airline hotel, but many of the employees seemed quite aloof and distant.

The room was very comfortable and the Executive Lounge service was excellent. Wendy and Alyssa provided great service. Big shoutout to Lily and Anday from the lounge for their fantastic service too! 👍

The room design is very well thought out and unique. The bedding is comfortable and the views are beautiful. There's an air purifier in the room. The decor is lovely, and the room feels new and is very clean. The location is excellent; it's convenient and quick to get to both Futian CBD and Nanshan District by taxi. The price is also very competitive compared to other options.

This is our third year choosing Shenzhen Airlines for the Chinese New Year holiday, and this year they even offered a pickup service, which was incredibly convenient! On the second day, the hotel booked a Didi for us to get to Futian Station. It was so thoughtful, I highly, highly recommend it!
