A Long long way from the door gate to the hotel entrance. The front desk service to be average and felt that a warmer welcome would enhance the experience. Additionally, the whale dolls appeared so dirty and suggested to remove it. But the security guy is friendly upon our arrival.

I rented the room in this hoter to celebrate my birthday. They wrote down that there's free bbq area, sounds amazing right? But hold on. When I already bought and ordered so many stuff for bbq, when the drivers arrived and I finally asked about bbq. Do you know they said? First, they said here's no bbq area. Second, when I showed them about what they write about the hotel on Trip, that here's bbq zone for free. They said you have to pay ๐Ÿคฃ typical china. Then I asked call the manager please. Some angry woman showed up. Literally, looked at me like on a ****. There's only one woman on a blazer, who pretend that she's a manager, but it's a false. You know, if you don't like foreigners you can write down about it. At the end. The problem was solved. Thanks Diamond! The dude who speaked English well and helped us a lot.

Great hotel with its own beach. Good nice staff. Beautiful view of the sea. It's a little noisy during the day because of the music and jet skis.

What a nice hotel this is. Private beach area has a bit too much litter for my liking but it is cleaner than public. Beach is also a long walk through the harbour to the water. Rooms are clean. Hotel location is close to the metro. A good value for the price.

Very nice and beautiful sea view from the room. It could have been great if there was a swimming pool but you can enjoy the marina club private beach which is not crazy crowded as the public beach next to it. Breakfast was just ok , not many options for foreigners. Beach cafe was nice , restaurant in the hotel is not bad if you want chinese cuisine but there are many other restaurants outside the hotel just across the main street near Kingkey palace hotel or dine-in intercontinental hotel could be better. Staffs are friendly especially the reception crews.

The hotel has no swimming pool and no umbrella and beach chairs. The breakfast is all Chinese food. The view in our room is good because we booked the sea view, but the room is old and needs renovation.

This very nice beach resort is located in the center of a beautiful Marina. It's A Great location with a private beach & a fun yacht cruise. The service is superb with many kind memorable people, a special thanks to Miss Wang for her exceptional kindness. We look forward to visiting again asap.

The hotel overall is fantastic. Even though the hotel room is not as modern as other hotel, the facilities there are good and clean. The breakfast is accompanied and it is acceptable.

The extra bed was really bad; a very thin mattress on a wooden board which hurt my back. The breakfast spread was below expectation especially the quality, not what I had expected from a private yacht club. The staff were helpful and polite.

this is my 3rd time booking for this hotel. I stayed for more than 1 week each time. The front desk receptionist and manager were very helpful and friendly. We were greet politely from the moment we step in the hotel main hall. During the stay our problems with hotel facilities such as card access and request for bottled drink were attended immediately without delay. They reception service is available 24/7. During my stay, the team extended their help on our Alipay issues, food ordering issues, medical attention and taxi booking. The payment for hotel stay and laundry was not tedious and the process is easy and fast. The location is strategic where it is close to a few convenience stores and restaurant. Outlets is just walkable distance from the hotel entrance. The hotel has a guarded compound therefore even though is near to the public beaches which is very crowded yet very secure and tranquil within the facility. Recently the construction work in front the hotel has completed where new pedestrian path and crossing traffic light were up and functioning. The hotel room is clean (daily room keeping) and provide all necessary personal consumable. Worth mentioned that they provided shoe cleaning kit, umbrella, additional slipper and towel for beach use. Overall, the hotel stay is worth the cost and will stay with them again.
