Hotel Blu is one of Shenzhen's best boutique hotels. I stayed here many years ago for a company event, and more than a decade later, it's still as elegantly captivating as ever. I arrived late last night, and the front desk agent, S, was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. He was managing a busy period, handling delivery orders calmly and efficiently, all by himself. The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the breakfast spread is wonderfully diverse and caters perfectly to guests' needs, unlike many large five-star hotels where there's so much choice you don't know what to eat. The handmade noodles were absolutely delicious. It's truly impressive how well a nearly fifteen-year-old hotel, which is often fully booked, has maintained the designer's original vision. The management team is clearly doing an outstanding job.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! 🥰 First off, the food: breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, I almost ate too much. As for the room, the mattress was super comfortable, and they offered two types of pillows, which was great for customizing my sleep experience and really improved my sleep quality 😆. The hotel environment was also excellent, very clean, thumbs up! 👍🏻🩷 I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended, the service was outstanding.

This hotel is located exactly next to the OCT Harbour (歡樂海岸) and is very convenient if one wants to visit this tourist attraction. The hotel room is spacious and quiet. The balcony is big. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful and polite.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It also had a large balcony with a great view. Complimentary snacks and drinks were provided, and the service was excellent – very attentive and friendly. They even helped carry my luggage to the room. Overall, it’s definitely worth staying here.

There was a stain on the toilet seat, and the sofa on the balcony didn't look like it had been cleaned between guests as there was a lot of dust. The bathrobes in the room were very pilled. The front desk helped us upgrade our room, but even on the seventh floor, we could still hear the restaurant downstairs calling out orders. The cleaning staff knocking on the door of the next room was also quite loud, so the soundproofing is a bit subpar.

The hotel's location is great, and the security guard followed me throughout the entire parking process, which was very attentive service. Both the security and front desk staff were very prompt. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony was particularly excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel view and the room with balcony was amazing , everything supper clean and so good ... what can i say 10/10

Overall I had a great stay at the Bay Breeze Hotel. The room is beautiful and spacious. The staff and service were great. However, the room cleanliness isn't as great as I found a crumb on the chair upon entering the room and accumulated dust was found in the visible corner of the room. The AC thermostat doesn't get cold enough even after adjusting the temperature.

Facilities: Fully equipped. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Fresh and comfortable. Service: Thoughtful and meticulous. I will definitely choose Shenzhen Blue Horizon Hotel again next time. It's a must-stay for business trips, tourism, and food exploration. It's just a stone's throw away from Shenzhen Mangrove Nature Reserve. It's really great!

The entrance looks unassuming, but once you step inside, it's a whole new world. The service is exceptional; the front desk ladies are all beautiful and friendly. The room is very spacious, and I absolutely loved the large balcony. It's convenient for getting anywhere, the location is fantastic! The breakfast is also quite good! The security guards at the entrance are incredibly diligent, helping with luggage into taxis and greeting us every day. I especially love this place and will definitely stay here again. It offers excellent value for money!

Good location near OCT bay and community. Big and clean with amenities room. I love it.
