The location was incredibly easy to find – just 410 meters from the East Railway Station, exactly as navigation showed. This was perfect for my early morning meeting. All the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were exceptionally warm and helpful. The room was also spotless. The only minor issue was the breakfast on the second floor; its quality could definitely be improved. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The check-in process and the hospitality shown by the staff were excellent, warm, professional, and accommodating. Our initial room, however, had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke despite our request for a non-smoking room. After expressing our concern to the front desk, the staff promptly reassigned us to another room, which was much better and more comfortable. Breakfast offered a reasonable variety and was satisfactory, though not particularly memorable. The hotel’s location is fantastic , just a few meters from a metro station, making it very convenient to explore the city. The overall ambiance of the hotel is pleasant, but the interiors could benefit from a refresh to reflect a more modern aesthetic in line with hotels of similar rating. That said, I truly appreciate the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff, whose service made our stay enjoyable.

The room was clean, but a bit dated. It's quite uncommon for a large hotel to still require a security deposit.

Renovation work began around 8-9 AM. I called the front desk, but it was to no avail. How can a star-rated hotel possibly operate like this?

The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and highly professional. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The location is excellent, right by the subway exit, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are also many great dining choices nearby.

The room was very clean, and the surrounding area offered excellent amenities. I accidentally left my power bank behind, and the hotel proactively called me and even sent it back via express delivery.
