Vienna Hotel (Shenzhen Futian Fuhua)

The hotel environment is great, and the surrounding amenities are very comprehensive. The subway station is right across the road, and it's very close to Huaqiangbei, just a ten-minute walk away. Dining is also super convenient with lots of food options nearby. The hotel's location is also easy to find.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and bright, with all the amenities we needed. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located near the subway station and border crossing, making it easy to get around. Plus, there's a mall nearby with plenty of dining options. Overall, a great choice!

The location of this Vienna Hotel is indeed excellent, making getting around incredibly convenient. The subway station is right across the street, and there are many malls nearby for shopping and dining. However, perhaps because the hotel has been open for a while, many of the facilities feel dated and not as clean or well-maintained as they could be. Even after upgrading to a business king room, I found it to be just so-so, and there were a few minor issues with the equipment. I made do with the stay. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service; the staff were very friendly.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed had just the right firmness, and the shower was large. For the price during Chinese New Year, it offered excellent value for money, much better than what you'd find in Chaozhou. The location is very convenient, with the subway station right across from the hotel.

Very close to the subway! Tea is provided! The breakfast spread is excellent! The service is attentive and friendly! I bought a lot of things from the Chung Ying Street and JD Express can pick them up from the hotel, which is super convenient!

Great hotel! The quality has been consistently excellent since its opening. I tried the breakfast, served from 7 to 10 AM. You can get it to go if you don't want to dine in, which is as convenient and thoughtful as what you'd find at an All Seasons hotel.
