Ms. Xiao Qin's service attitude was excellent! The location is great, very close to Luohu Port. They even upgraded my room since it wasn't busy, which was a lovely surprise. Highly recommended! The service is truly top-notch.

This hotel is at a very convenient location, very close to Exit A/ D Hubei Metro Station. The room is clean and huge. The beddings are good, with a very warm duvet. I must say that at the Lobby Receptionist: 刘丽群, is very considerate and helpful. After I got checked into my room (7006), I found that I forgot to bring the key for the 20 inches suitcase padlock , so I went to the lobby for help. Instantly, 刘丽群 called a locksmith and he arrived within 20 minutes, the locksmith guy helped to crack the padlock for me. I must thank 刘丽群 for her efficient help, and her attitude is highly appreciated. The only drawback from this hotel is: they did not provide facial flannel, so in the morning I have to splash water onto my face.
