We were last here when I was 8 months pregnant, now back again with my 5 month old baby!
Got upgraded to a bigger room again with all the baby amenities! Cot, steriliser and bottle warmer too!
Staff at check in were super helpful and friendly, we were a few hours early and they still allowed us to check in given travelling with a baby.
Location is great, walkable distance to lots of restaurants.

The service is nice and the hotel is convenient located in futian near train stations and shopping malls! Will definitely consider it again when I come to Shenzhen next time.

It was a very satisfying accommodation.
The concierge, reception, restaurant, and room are all the best hotels.
In particular, I was really moved by the delicate and thoughtful service of Jay Lee, the restaurant's executive chief.
If possible next time you visit Shenzhen, I would like to revisit.

The hotel is a bit old, especially the furniture. The people are nice, friendly and helpful.

Four season hotel in Shenzhen was well maintained and the service was up to standard. The beddings are very comfortable and I had a very good sleep during my stay. The hotel staff have provided excellent service to accomodate our stay and the birthday decorations in the room was very cute and hearty. The only small thing is I wish the shampoo and hand wash was filled up instead of "half used" to give guest a better impression.
