ZTL Hotel Shenzhen

I've stayed here multiple times, and Amy at the front desk is always wonderful. She's so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is great. I'll definitely be back!

The location is incredibly convenient. If you're visiting Dongmen Old Street, I highly recommend staying here. You're right on the old street as soon as you step out, with a fantastic array of food and a lively atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always smiling, truly on par with what you'd expect from a star-rated hotel.

This hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, right next to the subway exit, surrounded by countless shops and a huge variety of restaurants. Those are definitely its strong points. We arrived quite early, and what really stood out was the bellhop, Ah Wen, who diligently helped us store our luggage and even gave us some great recommendations for local delicacies. The downside to this hotel is that because the area is so lively, it tends to be quite noisy. As a four-star hotel, I found the service to be quite lacking. After a long day of shopping, we returned to the hotel at night only to find our key card wouldn't open the door. We waited a while, then a staff member came, but they couldn't open it either. We had to call security, who eventually opened it with a key. They told me that engineering would be coming to fix the lock right away. Exhausted from the day, we couldn't even shower and just sat there waiting for engineering to show up. After a very long wait, no one arrived. When I called the front desk, they informed me that engineering had already gone home for the day and wouldn't be coming to fix it until tomorrow morning. They told me to call the front desk before breakfast the next day to arrange for them to fix it. The next morning, before breakfast, I called the front desk again, and they said engineering wouldn't be available until the afternoon. This left us in an awkward situation where if we left the room, we couldn't get back in. We had no choice but to take all our belongings with us to breakfast and then head straight to the attractions. When we returned, I complained to the front desk manager, and all I got was a simple apology.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Shenzhen! The location is truly unbeatable. There's an abundance of delicious dessert shops and restaurants all around, offering so many choices. Plus, it's really close to the first McDonald's, making dining incredibly convenient. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle service at a reasonable price, which is a huge stress-reliever for travelers. We specifically visited the nearby Hong Kong Xinfa Roast Meats and Fanlou this time, and they were both within walking distance, super convenient. Overall, the location and convenience are top-notch, and I was very satisfied with my stay. I'll definitely book this hotel again the next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The Zhongtailai Hotel has a fantastic location. Amy at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly; I really liked her from the moment I checked in on the first day. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends in the future.
