The only good thing about this place is the location. Even that isn’t great because they don’t tell you about how loud the construction is just outside the apartment. And they work right through the night.
I wish I read all the reviews before hand. It is filthy. And when you mention it they give the same response ‘we are sorry, we will send Ayi to clean’. It was meant to be clean.
It is nothing like the photos. I didn’t want to touch anything in the bathroom, kitchen or lounge. The bedding was at least clean but as a whole this place is vile.
The security made checking in an absolute nightmare asking for passports of guests and everything about the check in is in Chinese so this is not geared for any international traveler. Other security didn’t care who walked in the building.
I would not recommend anyone to stay here - it is an absolute con.

Spacious clean and great location. Just 3 minutes walks from North Giangxia Station. Recommended for group travelers!

Its a basic apartment. Aircon remote seemed to be out of batteries. They were going to drop by to fix, but didnt. So temperature was stuck on one setting.

The Wizard of Oz style, with an outdoor bar and a large projection screen. Downstairs is the Joy City Center. It is convenient to go downstairs to buy anything. It is just a few steps to where you need to do business. It is really a place where dragons and tigers are standing. There is also a Hermès French home store downstairs to visit~

The location is very good, but there is no staff to check in physically. I have to call and use WeChat. The backstage waiter may be busy and does not answer the phone. I have to chase before sending me the relevant information. It feels very troublesome.
The facilities are the worst I have experienced in a hotel in recent years. The dining table may be damaged with even a small amount of force. You can judge the rest by yourself.
The most unsettling thing was that the anti-theft chain was broken. It might have been a bit messy during check-in. When I went to the bathroom, a staff member opened the door and asked to check.
I read other comments today. Some scored 1 or 2, while others mostly scored 5. There is no middle ground. It feels very unreal. I strongly suspect that someone is manipulating them.
I am a victim of booking a room only based on the score and not the message.

The water pressure in the bathroom is too low and the water temperature is difficult to adjust. The water suddenly freezes and the hot water changes.
There is a lot of dust and it feels like it has not been wiped off. The stains on the sofa are also very obvious. It is recommended to replace it.
