Vienna 3 Best Hotel (Shenzhen Southern University of Science and Technology)

The hotel has free parking, and the environment is pleasant. I had to wait a bit to check in, but the front desk offered tea, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent, and they even helped me with my luggage! The room hygiene was pretty good, within my expectations. It felt quite festive for Chinese New Year.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Shenzhen University and South China University of Technology, but a little far from the subway station, a 15-minute walk. The room is not very big, but the sanitation is good. Although the decoration is a little old, the price/performance ratio is still acceptable. The only thing I can't accept is that the air conditioner outdoor unit is too noisy, just outside the window, especially at night when working together, there is a resonance sound with the wall, and I didn't sleep well that night. The breakfast is simple, and you have to walk to the small courtyard next to it to eat enough.

Bad review. I booked two rooms for one night, but the system only recorded one room. In the end, the guest had to wait for half an hour to vacate the room. No one responded to the fruit plate that was sent. Very bad experience.

The hotel started to have a loud buzzing noise around 11pm, like the sound of air ducts or large vacuum machines, which was very loud and continued until late at night. It was gone in the morning. In short, I didn't rest well.
