Excellent Stay at Huaqiang Plaza Hotel – Perfect Location! I had a wonderful stay at Huaqiang Plaza Hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, bright, and extremely comfortable. The city view from the window was beautiful and relaxing. Location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Huaqiangbei, one of Shenzhen’s best shopping districts. The metro station is literally downstairs, making it very easy to travel anywhere in the city. For guests who prefer Uyghur or Halal cuisine, this hotel is especially convenient. There are several authentic Uyghur restaurants just 3–5 minutes’ walk from the hotel. Delicious food, great portions, and very reasonable prices. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was done daily and very professionally. Overall, this hotel is perfect for both business trips and family travel. I highly recommend Huaqiang Plaza Hotel when staying in Shenzhen!

Worst experience for the price, I booked breakfast and afternoon tea, the restaurant is not clean, even the cubs are not clean, as for breakfast it is not suitable for foreigners only for Chinese and the only option available for foreigners is eggs for $12 breakfast price ?! The room is old , the iron in my room were broken and ruined my shirt with water, it is true that the hotel is located in the middle of the electric market but there are other hotels in the middle of the market with much better service than this one and at the same price! I hope they improve the cleanliness of the hotel and services

Last minute booked this hotel which beside Huaqiangbei station/Mall华强北站/商场. The front receptionist who attended to me was Ms ZhuZhu朱朱,she was very helpful and courteous and facilitated my speedy check in process and even upgraded my room to 32 floors. The room was big and view to high rise building at ShenZhen深圳 was perfect. When i requested for iron, and she immediately activated the staff to assist to provide me with Iron and iron board within short period..Excellence service by 朱朱Zhu Zhu. She also provide me with wifi info, laundry and fitness info, the breakfast/ afternoon Tea and night snack timing as well. Pls conveyed my appreciation to her. The hotel location is extremely excellent beside 华强北 Mall. My room with pay breakfast which included after Tea and night snack. I did not try the night snack, but the breakfast and afternoon Tea meals were good. Good deal with this hotel- Huaqiang Plaza Hotel.

A truly lovely stay at the Huaqiangbei Plaza hotel. The room was clean and the facilities were great, but it was the staff that made it special. A huge thank you to Manager Daphne Du for her incredibly accommodating and caring service. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Highly recommended.

Beta at check in was very kind and helpful, it’s a Great location for personal electronics shopping as it’s beside many shops and a Turkish restaurant by walking 5mn , clean and comfortable hotel and a nice room view,

The hotel has many guests of different nationalities. The reception staff are very friendly. The subway station is right next to the hotel, which is very convenient.

Beta Zhou and Jonathan Yang was very helpful and generous with everything I needed, very internationally friendly hotel with travellers across the globe, cool robots that deliver drinks and food, rooms are very good value and in a very convenient shopping area, the lounge is really nice at night to sit and relax with your friends overlooking the city skyline.

This is my go to hotel whenever I visit Shenzhen for its convenient location within the Huaqiang Electronic world and right on top of a food street and MRT station. The rooms are always refreshed with modern decor and comfortable beddings. It is always very clean and the view from all rooms is stunning. The service staff is always very helpful in ensuring your stay is enjoyable. I would like to thank staff member 5421 小滕and 5218 小郑 for providing excellent service to meet my room assignment needs.

The hotel's overall service was excellent, and its location is fantastic. It's conveniently situated near an electronics market, with plenty of dining options close by. All the hotel staff were very polite and provided excellent service. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
