First time stayed at this hotel. Overall very satisfied with the location, service and comfort. Just don't like the toilet's lights are too bright and uncontrollable during sleep time unless you off everything..

The room was very clean, and the facilities were complete. The front desk staff had a great attitude, and the breakfast was delicious. They even offered late-night snacks every day! Overall, the hotel was excellent in all aspects, really great, haha.

My partner and I stayed at this Atour hotel near Luohu Port for our trip to Shenzhen, and it was a fantastic experience! The room was cozy and elegantly decorated, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quiet and comfortable. The staff were also incredibly attentive. The weather in the south can be a bit humid, so the room felt a little moist, but the hotel thoughtfully offered a duvet drying service. Sleeping under a warm, toasty duvet made for a super peaceful night's rest. All the facilities were new and worked perfectly. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shenzhen! 👍

Had a great stay here with my mum, the pillow is very comfortable and the breakfast has a lot of choices. The location is great very near to Shenzhen station and the Dongmen old street , there is super at night with porridge and simple food too

This hotel was converted from the former Shenzhen Metro Tower, so the layout is a bit cramped due to space limitations. The hardware facilities aren't as impressive as other Atour hotels. A unique feature is the dedicated conference floor, and there were indeed meetings being held during my stay. The location is quite good, with convenient transportation, and the breakfast selection is also pretty rich.

Staying at Atour near Mixc City this time was a great experience. The environment is lovely, and it's a standalone building, very close to Mixc City and King Glory Plaza, making transportation super convenient.
