Silver Spring Hotel (Shenzhen Yuanling Subway Station)

Apart from the convenient location near the subway station, the room layout is not ideal. The reasons are as follows:- 1. There is a huge pillar between the ends of the two beds. There is no circulation at all, let alone watching TV. Please see attached photos as evidence. 2. The room did not match the photos during booking and the lighting was insufficient. The curtains are not clean and the environment is uncomfortable. 3. Unable to connect to wifi, unable to receive external information and communicate. 4. There is no combing, and two chairs are used for hair cutting. 5. The wardrobe has no door and the hangers are filthy. 6. The shower water is insufficient, and the toilet and shower are not separated independently. When showering, the entire toilet floor gets wet. 7. The ground of the public corridor on the entire 6th floor is uneven. 8. The gate is simple and insecure. 9. Some plugs in the room are not usable and are just for decoration. Some plugs are located at the bedside, which is a strange arrangement. 10. The pillow is too thin and cannot support the head, causing discomfort and affecting sleep quality.

It’s only 5 minutes away from Exit A of Yuanling Station of Shenzhen No. 9 Subway Station. It’s great and convenient. There are also many night market snack stalls downstairs. It’s worth recommending!

The rooms are large and have large windows. They are very cost-effective. If the weather is good, you don’t need to turn on the lights when the sun shines in. Generally speaking, they are clean. It is recommended to stay here.

The location is pretty good, but the decoration is too old.

The room size is suitable, the price is average, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, and the cleaning can be improved.

The room had a musty smell. The carpet hadn't been cleaned for an unknown amount of time and was full of hair. The water supply was small and the sound insulation was not good. There was the sound of mice crawling in the middle of the night. The more you stay, the more expensive you get. Apart from convenient transportation, everything else is average.

The sanitation is very average. The only advantage is that it is close to the subway.

Good things: 1) It’s cheap; 2) It’s right in the food court and there are many restaurants downstairs. 3) There are paid parking spaces. Bad points: 1) The corridors and rooms are old and smell of dampness and mold. 2) The furniture and equipment are broken and the bedding is relatively hard. 3) There is a nightclub on the second floor, where you can have fun and dance every night. If you expect it to be a street guesthouse, the psychological gap will not be big.
