雖然房間老了點，但還算乾淨，設施也還好用，樓下大堂就有24小時便利店，買東西也方便，價格也不貴，附近吃飯什麼的也都方便。

鄰近深圳沙井地铁站，交通方便，走路过去十分钟左右。房间装修虽然有点旧，但乾净卫生，可以接受。附近很多餐厅，不怕锇肚子。
