The hotel front desk staff were very polite. The room had great natural light, was clean and hygienic, and they even upgraded our room and gave us free breakfast. Parking was also free. I recommend staying here.

It was a wonderful stay. The best thing about the hotel rooms is the "Fragrance" and welcoming ambiance of corridors and rooms; it was superb. Staff is so accomodating, and rooms are clean and hygienic (with daily housekeeping). Following is the summary of our stay:- 1. Rooms (Clean with all Amenities ) 5 ⭐ 2. Transportation (Very close to Metro Station) 5 ⭐ 3. Breakfast (Western ans Chinese) 5 ⭐ 4. Room Service (Free water, Self Service Laundry, Daily housekeeping, and 24/7 help Desk) 5 ⭐ 5. Ambiance (Calm, Sweet Smell and Welcoming) 5 ⭐ 6. Nearby Attractions (Sea World, Shenzhen Bay Park) 5 ⭐ In this budget, I don't think any other hotel will offer such an experience in this area. They whole family has a wonderful stay 👍🏻👍🏻 and the best part is "They offer free upgrades if rooms are available" 😉

That was the worst hotel that I stayed at in China. Small, dirty, claustrophobic rooms. Stains and dust all over the place. Breakfast is a complete disaster - nobody seems to care…

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was cozy, and the facilities were complete. The front desk service was excellent. The lady at the front desk was professional and incredibly warm-hearted. Highly recommend!
