Xana Deluxe Hotel (Shenzhen Luohu Port International Trade Subway Station)

Great location, close to Dongmen. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the lobby was spacious. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. I'll definitely come back again.

The hotel's location is great, very close to the subway station, and it's also convenient to walk to Dongmen Old Street. The room isn't big, but the bed is very comfortable. The front desk service was very thoughtful; when I checked out, they proactively offered me bottled water. While water isn't expensive, that gesture of care was very heartwarming.

The location is excellent, with easy access to Metro Lines 1 and 5, which was perfect for my business trip, and it's also very close to Luohu Port. Overall, getting around was super convenient. There are tons of great food options nearby, and both MixC and King Glory Plaza are not far, making it easy to grab whatever you need. The hotel entrance itself is grand, located within a larger building. There's elevator control, and security guards at the entrance, ensuring good safety and security. The front desk staff were all very professional and had great attitudes. Kerry, in particular, was extremely nice and patient. I want to give a special shout-out to the cleaning auntie. I stayed for several days, and she cleaned my room impeccably every day, always understanding my needs and preferences perfectly. She's truly one of the best cleaning staff I've encountered, haha. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shenzhen. It offers incredible value for money.

Let's start with the positives: the front desk upgraded my room and said I could enjoy an outdoor view. Although, that 'view' was really just a glimpse of other places through a gap in the buildings. Now, about the facilities: they absolutely shocked me! For a Jinjiang Group hotel with a laundry room, it was shockingly worse than something you'd find in a fifth-tier small city. Words can't describe it; you'll have to see the actual photos. Is this really in Shenzhen???

The bed was very comfortable and the location was great. The only downside was that parking wasn't included, but otherwise, everything was satisfactory.

Great location, very close to Dongmen Old Street and Diwang Mansion. It's also not far from three different metro stations, and the cleanliness is excellent.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were all very nice. The internal facilities were generally good, though some small details could be improved, but overall, it was a comfortable stay. It's close to Guomao subway station and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making everything very convenient. 😘😘😘

The front desk staff were all very friendly. We arrived before 2 PM and they allowed us to check in early, even arranging adjoining rooms for my family. The room was quite spacious and comfortable with chairs and a coffee table. The bedding and facilities were excellent, and it was very quiet at night. The hotel is close to a nearby metro station, making transportation convenient. Plus, it's near the lively Dongmen Old Street, which offers a wide variety of dining options. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Shenzhen.
