Convenient location close to the metro, clean room with big area for kids to play around. Robot will bring the takeaway to the room directly, very convenient and my sons love watching the robot moving around.

We reserved rooms with mountain views but were given rooms with city view. Spent time changing rooms again. Washroom was poorly designed. It was too small for use. It was nice to have a domestic fridge and a small pantry. Meanwhile, no cooking equipment was available and there was a head bumping hazard of the pantry cupboard! The pantry cupboard was installed too low and out.

Overall a pleasant experience. Early early check-in was no problem. Cleanliness and facilities in order and staff pleasant.

Not worth the price. Even the breakfast was not satisfactory. Had to request more pillows, blankets and towels from the room service but even then, they wouldn’t give more than two extra ones. Note that their pillows were quite low and it was quite cold without room heating.. so we just asked for even more towels to use as pillows 🙄

It was one of the best experiences in Shenzhen. The front desk staff os very helpful and efficient. The room itself was very spacious, clean and well ventilated. The view from the window onto the hills is mesmerizing. In terms of access it's located very near to the University town meteo station, there's a big mall beside the hotel where you can find anything for shopping, eating, entertainment. Also have a food street across the road where you can enjoy several traditional Chinese cuisine. All in all, i would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's visiting Shenzhen if you want a spacious, clean, friendly and convenient as well as economical option to stay.
