Very satisfied! The hotel has a great atmosphere and the views are fantastic 💯. It's super close to the Harry Potter Forbidden Forest Experience, and there's a mini-train that takes you there~ Renting a guitar 🎸 was really convenient and a fun experience~ It's so close to the subway and the mall that it's unbelievably convenient for getting around 👍.

Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen truly exceeded my expectations! It's super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Guanlanhu Metro Station, and right across from a shopping mall, so you can easily get around and shop. The room was spacious and clean, and the large bathtub was incredibly comfortable. You can enjoy expansive views right from your bed. Victor & Bella provided exceptionally thoughtful service, and the breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of choices. The rooftop pool and free gym are big bonuses. It's perfect for family trips or gatherings with friends. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

As the first Hard Rock Hotel in mainland China, I was absolutely wowed the moment I stepped into the lobby! The cool display made of 240 Fender electric guitars and 160 celebrity memorabilia items (like Elvis's stage outfit and Rihanna's music video costumes) are everywhere. It's like walking into an immersive music museum; every photo you take is effortlessly cool and trendy! The service was incredibly thoughtful, right down to the smallest detail! Ryan from concierge was so enthusiastic and professional. He not only gave detailed recommendations for attractions like the nearby Harry Potter Magic Forest and Mission Hills Ocean World but also kindly gifted me a hotel logo keychain. Even checking in past midnight was efficient, and having a robot deliver takeout was super convenient. The location is excellent too – just a 70-meter walk from Exit E of Guanlanhu Station on Metro Line 4, making it incredibly easy whether you're driving or using public transport.
