A fantastic stay with its unbeatable location right in the heart of Dongmen. It’s just a short walk to the metro station (Laojie Station Exit F), making travel around the city incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is vibrant with endless local shopping options, food streets, and night markets, perfect for exploring authentic Shenzhen culture. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. Rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The property also features a well-equipped gym and a cozy reading corner, which adds a nice touch for those wanting to unwind. Ideal for both short and long stays.

Definitely the best hotel on our trip in China, has 4-star facilities. The hotel looks new, the room was spacious, beds really comfortable. We also really like the Dongmen area, it is really vibrant, Luohu port for HK is only 2 metro stops away.

My first time stay in this hotel. Counter staff were polite and provided good services. Room was clean although it was a bit small to me. Breakfast had quite a good selection of food. Overall, no complaints on this hotel at all.

Clean and comfortable. Nice bed. Great service. Dongmen Pedestrian Street just across the street. It's one of the few hotels that I went without water flowing into the common area when showering. It will be nice if they have bidets. Will be back.

Room got smell badly and staff provided us air purifiers instead of room change 🌔

We have been staying here 3 years on a row , absolutely love this service apartment, it has everything you can think of, it’s very clean , it has a washing machine, microwave etc, all the necessities etc, the staff are wonderful, especially Vivi, who has been here since the first time I came . Dongmen is on the doorstep, liajie metro is 3 min walk away! Already planning our stay for next year!

hotel smells great from the entrance all the way into the rooms. really appreciate that ☺️ staffs are very welcoming and friendly. gym is clean and nice too!

The hotel is clean as expected . But the staff lost the sense of hospitality! After several trips staying here .. they don’t appreciate and don’t welcome a loyal clients .. big shame ! Hotels about hospitality if not feeling welcomed a lot of clients will move away and never recommend this facility to their beloved ones and friends anymore…
