SOVIS Haihe Hotel (Shenzhen Luohu Port Guomao Metro Station Branch)

Before arriving at the hotel, I made two calls to the hotel reception. The friendly lady receptionist was helpful and gave clear directions for us to walk from Guamao station to the hotel. Once we arrived at Guamao station, we were told to choose EXIT E (not A as stated on the website). Then walk straight ahead for about 50m and turn to our left into a lane and walk straight. About another 50m ,look out for the faded blue building with the name of the hotel written on it. The ladies at the counter welcomed us and the check in process was smooth and fast. We're happy with the spacious, clean and odour-free room. All the amenities are sufficient and they provided us extra bottles of drinking water, too. The best service we enjoyed here was the FREE Laundry service provided by the hotel. We just needed to hang our clothes in a bag outside the door, inform the front desk and the clothes will be collected for laundry. In about two hours or so, our bag of clothes was washed, dried and folded, and the bag was hung back on the door. Excellent💯👍👏👏 Thank you very much. I would highly recommend this hotel for those who wish to stay around the Luohu area in Shenzhen.

The location is perfect since it's near the Luohu station and Guomao. Lots of shopping possibilities around and convenient for day trips to Hong Kong. I wished the room was cleaner, but it was OK. The room temperature was hot and the air conditioning was difficult to configure, but the staff was very friendly and helped me set up the air conditioning.

It was a Nice hotel in a quiet convenient location. I would go back again

Good location, nearby shopping area with a lot food. Bed is a bit hard compare to other hotel. Toilet come with separate shower area. Just beside metro station and nearby to luohu custom.
