I'm so happy that i chose this hotel!
Room: Our room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room is very clean. Everything we needed was in the room. There was free tea, coffee, water and snacks. Breakfast buffet is good.
The toilet is clean and automatic and the water in the shower is warm, there is shampoo conditioner and shower gel and there is even a new body lotion.
Location: Hotel location is very quiet and relaxing. This hotel is near in coco park shopping mall, its just 1 station away from the subway train Line 3.
Staff hotel are nice specially Jay in the concierge.

過來跑馬住的，位置距離起點很近用，走路大概十幾分鍾就到了，非常方便。另外有送peets咖啡，早餐也提前了，好評。

Location is convenient, close to Futian metro station, a five minute walk after exiting station. Breakfast is from 0630 to 1000 on the sixth floor. Food selection was acceptable but I arrived at 0910 and unfortunately many selections were lacking. Even all the mugs were unavailable. I told the manager and his response was it is impossible. So I took a photo. He gave me transparent plastic cups instead ! Otherwise the lobby receptionists were all very helpful.

Great location. Very near Futian metro station which has 4 lines. Breakfast was below average and they always ran out of spoon. Room was big and decent except that there was no hanger in the shower area. Front line staff was friendly. Checking in and out was smooth.
