Location & Clealiness was still fine.
Service was terrible, concierge was not helpful at all, as a foreigner to China, definitely we would face some troubles with navigating our way around the city. We just asked if there was a train from the railway out of ShenZhen, and the reply given was 'Do you not know how to check it yourself? You can just find the answers online'.
Terrible service & training from the Hotel's Management. Would not ever reccomend any travellers staying at this hotel (unless you like unfriendly staff that pulls a long face all day with horrible service & attitude).

We booked the hotel for weekend stay in Shenzhen. It's conveniently located behind Shenzhen North Railway station. So you have access to the metro and the mall connected to the station. We checked in easily and enjoyed our stay. There were also free laundry machines for guests to use.

Great place near the hsr. Lots of local restaurants. A bit old but service level is excellent . Windows can be opened here which I like. Recommended for a good rest.

Hotel is stone's throw away from Shenzhen North Railway Station – which gets you direct access to Hong Kong (just 18min by highspeed rail!), as well as their regular metro trains which takes you to most of the popular areas. Wechat and Alipay are the preferred methods of payment, although cash is also accepted! I've stayed here twice in 2 months and the rooms are clean.. the kettle in the room is clean... you get hot water the minute you turn on the shower! And the bonus part – free laundramat on the 4th floor! (Automated washing machine + dryer). Oh, and you get a wide variety of food choices at the breakfast buffet!
