Upon entering, there's a welcome tea, and tea is also available in the lobby. Everyone speaks very politely and courteously. The cleanliness is perfectly acceptable, and the decorative accents in the room are quite unique. It offers good value for money, and I'll definitely be staying here again. The hotel boasts beautiful green surroundings, the service is welcoming, the rooms are spotless, there's plenty of entertainment nearby, and a bus stop is right outside the entrance.

This hotel stay was truly hassle-free. It's located near the Longhua central district, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. Getting to major shopping areas or the financial center in the city takes only a few metro stops or a quick taxi ride, keeping most activities within a 30-minute radius, which I found very convenient. My main purpose for this trip was to handle some business at the municipal hospital, which was about a ten-minute direct ride from the hotel – saved me a lot of time not having to transfer. The room exceeded my expectations. As soon as I entered, I noticed the projector. In the evenings, when I felt like relaxing, I could grab some snacks and watch a movie on the large screen, and the effect was pretty good. A very practical feature was the small washing machine with a dryer in the room. Being able to wash clothes anytime while traveling is genuinely convenient, especially for longer stays or business trips. Plus, there's a convenience store and a few snack shops right downstairs, making it easy to buy daily necessities or grab a quick bite. However, since it faces the main road, the window in my room looked out onto the street, and if I opened the window at night, there was traffic noise. If you're sensitive to noise, you might want to ask for a room facing the inner side of the complex. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The facilities are good value for the price, and the transportation and laundry options were especially helpful for me. If you're coming to Shenzhen for business or leisure and are looking for a conveniently located and well-equipped place to stay, this is a solid choice.

The zero-pressure mattress is just right, not too soft, not too firm, and I woke up with absolutely no back pain. The individual air conditioning keeps the temperature precise, and the bathroom always has hot water with stable pressure. Plus, on the tenth floor, there are garment steamers and laundry/drying machines, which really maximized my comfort during the stay. The front desk staff were warm and professional, answering all my questions super helpfully. The free floral tea and candies in the lobby show real thoughtfulness. The lounge area has spacious sofas, and the room was spotlessly clean. My entire stay was incredibly satisfying!
