Great location with excellent amenities nearby. The room had plenty of natural light and fantastic soundproofing. The service was meticulous, and overall, I had a very satisfying experience. Definitely worth staying again! Super comfortable!

I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel! The cleanliness is top-notch; every corner of the room is spotless, not a speck of dust, and the bedding is changed for every new guest, which is very reassuring. The facilities are excellent, with a washing machine, refrigerator, and even a large projector with a Tencent membership, so you can enjoy the comfort of home even while traveling. The hotel environment is fantastic, very comfortable and incredibly quiet, completely undisturbed by outside noise. The front desk service is superb; the ladies are all very enthusiastic. I added them on WeChat after checking in, and they respond promptly to any request, delivering items very quickly. The most pleasant surprise was when I casually mentioned wanting to see the light show, and the front desk immediately and thoughtfully arranged a suitable room. The view of the light show from the balcony was incredible, with half of the beautiful scenery in full view. The experience was amazing and definitely worth revisiting many times over!

Booked three nights here for my graduate school entrance exam in Shenzhen. The environment was great and the bed was super comfy—I fell asleep instantly. It was a bit noisy facing the street, but earplugs solved that problem. The location was excellent; it only took a few minutes to get to my test center.

The location is excellent, right next to Huaqiangbei Electronic Market, multiple metro stations, and convenience stores. - It's within walking distance to the central business district and transportation hubs, offering great convenience for business and shopping travelers. - There's a wide variety of dining and shopping options nearby.

The room was clean and tidy; I barely got any dust when I wiped surfaces with a wet tissue. All the staff offered service with a smile, which was really heartwarming. They provided sweet soup, afternoon tea, and coffee upon checkout. Breakfast was simple but filling. The laundry service was an even bigger surprise—they helped me wash and dry clothes even past 1 AM! It was such a great feeling to have clean clothes shipped directly from the hotel during my trip. The books in the room were perfect for unwinding before bed and putting away my phone. Joy Plaza is diagonally to the left, past the traffic light on the left side of the hotel. Don't miss out on exploring it; the views and food are both worth it. We almost did!

Arrived and found the room a bit small, so I paid the difference to upgrade. Ended up staying in a supreme bay view room, and the view was absolutely stunning! You could see the sunset over Mangrove Bay and some city views 🎑. Extremely satisfied, and the front desk staff were all very friendly 🤩. Especially Ah Wei, who was super nice; he constantly checked in on my stay experience. One afternoon, a delivery driver couldn't find my room, and he personally brought it up to me! The toiletries were quite good. The scent was pleasant and not too strong. The room came with a large bathtub, and housekeeping provided disposable bathtub liners and bath salts. Would definitely stay again if I have the chance~ Minor issue: it seemed hard for Apple phones to connect to the Wi-Fi. The TV screen mirroring would occasionally cut out when playing music, but watching videos was fine.

We enjoyed our stay here so much. From the time of check-in they gave us 2 apples in a christmas bag as it is christmas eve. We had a non-smoking room, but when we get in the room, i can smell a hint of cigarette, called up the front desk. They immediately upgraded us to a new room with a view. Sally sent some fruits by robot which is very sweet. The room is very clean with huge bathroom and very clean. My only complain is the body wash, shampoo dispenser is very hard to press, hopefully they can improve it to sensor dispenser or the press type. Bottled water and soda everyday and can even ask for more bottled water, so we dont need to buy anymore. The location is very convenient, the YANNAN station exit C is just beside the hotel. There are so many restaurants to choose from across the street and beside the hotel. The breakfast has many delicious choices, continental bfast and chinese food. In the afternoon, lobby has popcorn and drinks. They also have tea time with lots of pastries but we didnt try. At night they have porridge also. The hotel has self service laundry with iron on the 28th floor which you can monitor in your room which is very convenienrlt Front destk Sally, Tina and Nacy are very helpful which make our stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to my famuly and friends.

Great location — dangerously close to a huge shopping mall, so my wallet cried but I was happy. Ckose to metro train and Perfect spot to watch the Shenzhen night light show without going anywhere fancy. Check-in and check-out were so smooth I barely noticed they happened. Room was clean, and they even provided toiletries and laundry detergent, which almost convinced me to do laundry on holiday. Almost. Overall, super convenient and fun stay!

This was my first time at this hotel in Futian, Shenzhen, and the location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the Futian CBD. They agreed to my request for an executive suite upgrade, but when I got there, they only had one room available. The room itself had a really strong musty and old smell, which was bad enough. But when I asked a staff member to come and smell it, they actually claimed they couldn't smell anything! I didn't even know what to say after that, so I asked to switch rooms. They told me the other room was still being cleaned and to wait in the original room for now, but didn't give me an estimated time. After an hour and a half, and countless calls between myself and the Trip.com concierge (seriously, seven or eight calls!), they finally told me the room was ready and someone would come to show it to me. But then another ten minutes passed and no one showed up, so I had to call again to rush them. To top it all off, the hotel didn't offer any apology or compensation for any of this – they were incredibly arrogant. I really don't have much else to say. And even though the room was large, the facilities were old, and there were no two-prong outlets, so I had to use an adapter to charge my devices.

My stay at Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian was truly satisfying from start to finish! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member greeted me with a sweet and friendly smile. They patiently answered all my questions during check-in, and even a simple greeting in passing made me feel incredibly welcome. What truly surprised me was the hotel's gym – the equipment was top-notch and comprehensive, featuring everything from professional cardio machines to a wide variety of strength training gear. Everything was immaculately clean and looked brand new. The lighting and ventilation in the workout area were also excellent, making my daily workouts a real highlight of my trip. Even more commendable is how attentive the hotel is to guest feedback. During my stay, I mentioned wanting more yoga mats in the gym, and to my surprise, new mats were neatly arranged in the corner the very next day. This kind of efficient response and dedication to guest needs is truly rare. With such thoughtful service, excellent facilities, and a willingness to listen, this hotel is definitely my top choice for business or leisure in Shenzhen. It's already on my list of 'treasure hotels,' and I'll certainly be staying here again on my next visit to Shenzhen!
