The room was incredibly luxurious and cozy. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the window allowed for good ventilation. A special shout-out to Chen at the front desk, who was incredibly attentive and helpful with everything. Thumbs up! Plus, there's a Pony.ai (robotaxi service) nearby, and it's right next to MixC World, Shenzhen's most upscale shopping district.

I had another wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Shenzhen Nanshan, and this marks my third visit to the hotel. The staff are exceptionally polite, professional, and always ready to help at any time, making every stay effortless and comfortable. The rooms are very well maintained, quiet, and extremely comfortable, creating a perfect environment to relax after a busy day. The overall service quality remains consistently high, which is why I keep choosing this hotel whenever I’m in Shenzhen. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. 🌟🏨

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and orderly. The professional and courteous service from the front desk staff made us feel at ease. The room lighting was soft and comfortable, making me want to sleep in. The bedding and bath products were also excellent. I loved the millet porridge for the late-night snack and the rice noodles for breakfast! I will definitely come back again!

The location is super convenient, with a subway station nearby and plenty of dining options right downstairs, making food delivery a breeze. The hotel's security measures are excellent; the front desk carefully verifies food deliveries and visitor information, which made me feel very safe and secure during my stay. When I checked in with my luggage, the staff proactively helped me bring it to my room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. While I hope they might consider more convenient trolleys in the future, I understand that not everyone has a lot of luggage. My initial room had a slight odor, but the hotel promptly addressed and resolved the issue after I reported it. Their service attitude and efficiency are commendable. The breakfast selection was quite good, and the pho was delicious with flavorful toppings. They also offered late-night snacks. A couple of restaurant staff members had a rather mediocre service attitude, but the front desk and cleaning staff I encountered were all very enthusiastic. Overall, I had a good stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Their attentiveness, which went far beyond their duties, truly added a personal touch to what could have been a routine experience. While facilities may age and sea views can become commonplace, genuine human warmth and thoughtfulness always leave a lasting impression. The room was spacious and bright, with a minimalist design that felt very upscale. The bathroom was clean and refreshing with a wet and dry separation, and all the toiletries were provided. The front desk service was very thoughtful; they even gave us fruit when we checked in! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

The mini-bar in the room is thoughtfully designed; it has everything from cups, tea bags, coffee, to mineral water, which is super convenient for a nightcap or a cup of tea, really adding to the ambiance. The room itself is comfortable, spacious, and very clean. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the hotel front desk service is incredibly warm and attentive. They even sent us a fruit platter for our birthday! The front desk staff actively and responsively assisted with all our requests. When we checked out, my phone had issues, and the front desk manageress enthusiastically helped us book a car and even walked us to it. We truly felt at home. The service is excellent, the hotel is new, and it's convenient for getting around. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next stay! [Love]

A pretty good stay overall! The hotel really pays attention to booking notes, as they had my requested latex pillow ready in the room beforehand. The breakfast selection was decent, and I was able to put together a healthy plate that I enjoyed. A nice surprise was finding a computer and printer near the restaurant entrance, which I used to print out some documents I needed for my trip. The front desk service was excellent; they granted a late check-out and even gave me a small lion charm and a fridge magnet. Hampton Inn's toiletries are still Peter Thomas Roth, which is a plus, and the value for money is good. It's also conveniently located not far from MixC World and The MixC.

During my stay, Manager Lin promptly and efficiently helped resolve an issue regarding my room, which made me feel cared for and reassured. The room itself was spacious, and the facilities were very new. I wholeheartedly give this hotel five stars and will definitely stay here again.

I have to rave about this little garden! It's such a peaceful environment, I can't believe there's such a quiet garden right in the middle of a high-rise city. Plus, I saw locals taking their morning strolls and practicing Tai Chi there. The book bar isn't just for show; many of the books are well-worn, and I even spotted notes left by previous guests. The washing machine in the laundry room was spotless, and they thoughtfully provided disinfectant, which is a huge plus for someone as particular as me. The room isn't new, but it feels so cozy, like staying at a friend's house who really knows how to live.
