Hotels in Huanggang Port and Futian Port, Shenzhen

Quite a walk from metro. Didi and taxi cannot come into hotel, can only stop outside, in fact this building is also a car inspection center, where there are many taxis queueing to have car inspected.walking to Hotel reception is difficult. Staffs are friendly, helpful. Very willing to help, thumbs up. No breakfast as no FnB on site, no pools, no other amenities at all. Our rooms on the 5th floor have tiny windows, though room is big. Must have been renovated. This hotel have almost same name as its sister hotel. Dynasty Business Hotel and Dynasty Hotel. The confusing part is in Trip website this hotel is listed as Dynasty Business Hotel, which is not correct. We ended up at the wrong hotel, and have to make our way to this hotel, it's not far away but with luggages it's a chore. Lack of ammenities is quite annoying as most hotels would have breakfast, laundry.. even toilet at reception is located outside, more like toilet for car inspection users. Wouldn't recommend staying here though it's near to HKG border, as going around in Shenzhen take time.

The window was too small, so the lighting wasn't great. The facilities and equipment were okay. This was my first time traveling to the south, and the air conditioning didn't have a heating function. The hotel didn't provide any small heaters or fans either, just blankets. Later, when I was booking, I saw that room was only for one night, so they switched us to another room. It was even smaller and they claimed it was an upgrade, but it didn't even have a window. It was just so-so, but the service was decent.

This hotel is really good ACTUALLY! The room size is just right and very well designed, except for the bathroom which I found a bit difficult to use due to unusual positioning of shower head and the mirror. But I think it makes sense cuz it’s not originally built for a hotel per se. Everything you need is in the room, fridge, washing machine with drying line on the balcony. No hangers tho which a bit of a downside as it’s hard to dry clothes without hangers. But here’s the big caveat. This accommodation is located in an eatery center with lots of people coming everyday. And apparently there’s a bar or something that operates until early in the morning. And oh boy, it’s soooo loud. I couldn’t sleep at all. They’re literally still screaming up to 3 to 4am. And just when I finally got to sleep in the morning, the cleaning staffs can be heard quarreling outside. My booking was originally 3 nights but I checked out immediately after one night. The lady at the reception is really kind tho. She’s very helpful.

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Huanggang Port. The room was clean, tidy, and hygienic. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Even when I went to eat close to closing time, they still ensured a good supply of food, unlike some hotels where you have to rush to get food.

The hotel is incredibly close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean, and the service is attentive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Great location — dangerously close to a huge shopping mall, so my wallet cried but I was happy. Ckose to metro train and Perfect spot to watch the Shenzhen night light show without going anywhere fancy. Check-in and check-out were so smooth I barely noticed they happened. Room was clean, and they even provided toiletries and laundry detergent, which almost convinced me to do laundry on holiday. Almost. Overall, super convenient and fun stay!

I genuinely recommend this hidden gem of a hotel; my entire stay was fantastic! First off, the location is a huge plus – super convenient for both sightseeing/dining and commuting. No need for long detours, making getting around incredibly efficient. The room's cleanliness exceeded expectations; it was spotless, without a single overlooked corner. The bedding was soft and odor-free, and the hygiene facilities were very well-equipped. The readily available disinfectant everywhere made me feel very safe. The thoughtful details really stood out: the shower/foot wash stone was a brilliant design, specially made for larger guests, those with high blood pressure, and pregnant women to make showering easier. The drying hanger meant I never had to worry about clothes not drying on rainy days – these small touches really showed the hotel's care. The smart features were a definite bonus. The Xiaodu tablet in the room was a godsend for lazy people; I could control all the room's devices with just my voice – adjusting the temperature, turning on lights, or ordering services without even getting up. So convenient and smart! The intelligent toilet had full functionality and was comfortable to use, adding a touch of high tech. What I must praise the most is the front desk service. They greeted me with smiles, communicated gently and patiently, and when I had an urgent request, they not only responded quickly but also adapted flexibly to solve the problem. They truly delivered on every request, without any perfunctory or delayed responses, making me feel incredibly warm and valued. Overall, the value for money is exceptional, and the stay far exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely be coming back for a second visit!

The service was excellent, and the environment was elegant. They offer free parking for guests, and there's a self-service tea station in the lobby. Huanggang Park is just across the road. The room was impeccably clean, not a speck of dust, and it was very quiet at night, allowing for a comfortable sleep. The bed was super comfy. I'll definitely be back!

This hotel really suited my taste. It's simple, clean, and not overly elaborate. Both the common areas and the rooms have a comfortable, quality feel that doesn't feel stifling. The staff were naturally friendly, check-in and check-out were quick, and they responded promptly to any requests. All the facilities worked well and were functional. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were perfectly fine – everything you need for a normal stay. Cleanliness was a big plus: the bedding was dry and odorless, there was no dust in the corners or on the surfaces, and the bathroom was clean and dry.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel. First, the location is excellent; the subway station is right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get to Futian or Huanggang Port. Second, the service attitude is great; both the front desk and the housekeeping staff were lovely, and they even gave me a small gift when I left. They also offer breakfast and late-night snacks, which taste really good. I'll definitely come back again.
