The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, about a 500-meter walk away. The environment is excellent, and the rooms are large and very comfortable with complete facilities. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, provided wonderful service! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Excellent location. Staff are very friendly. And Zoey the receptionist was amazing, gave me a good room with an amazing view. The hotel had a nice simplistic decor. Ideal for business travellers and also for family especially during transits. Breakfast was good with a lot of dishes. Room was big as well

Facilities: Very complete, even has a fridge, disposable toilet seat covers, and a razor. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, no strange odors or dampness. Environment: The bedding is all new, amenities are comprehensive, and the furniture is well-maintained. Service: The service was exceptional! They upgraded my room and allowed for a late check-out. Truly excellent, highly recommended.

The room was quite spacious. Although the decor felt a bit dated, it was very clean and all the facilities worked perfectly. The location is excellent; dining, shopping, and the subway station are all right downstairs, and it's also very close to the train station. The breakfast was fantastic! While there weren't a huge number of options, everything was prepared with great care and tasted delicious. Just be sure to avoid peak times, as it can get quite crowded. Overall, the service was good, and the front desk was quite responsive.

Undeniably the infamous atour chain hotel. We wanted proximity to Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Located within a block of shop buildings which lobby is at 15th floor, old look, simply vast empty space with only a couple of dated sofa. Would be nice if 3 + 2 seater is being placed, so big families are able to conveniently sit down, as well as other patrons, waiting for check in / out. We got a really fantastic room facing 2 iconic buildings in Shenzhen, large windows 180 degrees view, looking down to busy streets.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Shenzhen! The location is truly unbeatable. There's an abundance of delicious dessert shops and restaurants all around, offering so many choices. Plus, it's really close to the first McDonald's, making dining incredibly convenient. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle service at a reasonable price, which is a huge stress-reliever for travelers. We specifically visited the nearby Hong Kong Xinfa Roast Meats and Fanlou this time, and they were both within walking distance, super convenient. Overall, the location and convenience are top-notch, and I was very satisfied with my stay. I'll definitely book this hotel again the next time I'm in Shenzhen.

I stayed at the Choman Hotel with my Korean friend, and it was an excellent experience! The hotel's overall environment was clean and bright, which was very comfortable, and all the facilities were complete and functional, making our stay incredibly pleasant. I especially want to commend the front desk staff – they were warm and attentive throughout, making check-in quick and thoughtful. They even paid special attention to my Korean friend's needs, providing truly exceptional service! And the housekeeping staff did a very detailed job; every nook and cranny of the room was spotless, and the bedding was neatly arranged. The attention to detail was impressive. Our entire experience was fantastic, and my Korean friend was also very satisfied. I genuinely recommend this hotel!

Jingpeng has been in the area for many years, and she hasn't been phased out by time. She's constantly improving herself in terms of both hardware and software. The staggered upgrades to the floor decor and the staff's excellent service skills are some of the reasons for her continued success. This time, I stayed on the 13th floor, which was newly renovated and incredibly comfortable. It's worth mentioning that all the towels, sheets, and pillowcases in the room were impeccably clean, with no flaws whatsoever, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The front desk staff always serve with a smile and never refuse reasonable requests. I believe this is largely due to the excellent leadership of the friendly Manager Liu, and her team, such as Xiao Liu and Xiao Yan. Every time I leave, I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

The location is incredibly convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station and shopping district, making getting around super easy. As soon as I entered the lobby, the front desk attendant offered me a warm cup of Atour Village tea. Check-in was efficient and thoughtful, and she even proactively told me about the book bar and laundry room. The room was spotless, and the bare cotton bedding was soft and gentle on the skin – I fell asleep instantly. It completely blocked out all outside noise.
