The hotel's location is perfect for a vacation. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the metro station, and there's an outlet mall right across the street. The beach is only 5 minutes away, and you can even borrow sand-digging tools for free, which is super convenient if you're traveling with kids. The decor is stylish and minimalist, and the infinity pool is absolutely stunning and great for photos. It's a shame it rained during my stay, so I couldn't fully enjoy it. The room itself is spacious, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, a large bathtub, and complimentary toiletries. They even have a Tmall Genie, so the smart features are pretty good. The hotel also provides a laundry room with washing and drying facilities, which is very convenient for travelers. Breakfast was just okay, nothing particularly special. **Heads-up/Watch out for:** One side of the building was under construction during my stay. The balcony had no view and came with noise, which significantly detracted from the experience. Also, the smart toilet was very annoying; the sensor was too sensitive, so it would open automatically whenever someone walked by. Flushing was hit or miss, and the seat was uncomfortably hot and difficult to adjust – a really frustrating experience. The complimentary drink voucher we received was for the pool bar, and the drinks were pretty mediocre. Overall, the hotel's strong points are its location and family-friendliness, and the hardware looks great. I recommend asking to avoid the construction-side rooms and requesting a pool-side room when you book.

Originally, I planned to book the Kingkey Bay Hotel, but after seeing some not-so-great reviews and a price twice as high, I'm so glad I chose this place instead! This state-owned chain hotel is truly reliable. The breakfast selection is fantastic, with the noodle soup, tofu pudding, stir-fried rice noodles, and steamed buns all being excellent. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and the balcony was perfect for drying clothes. This state-owned chain is definitely trustworthy, and I highly recommend staying here! The soundproofing was also superb; I slept incredibly well at night. Highly recommended!

Hampton by Hilton Dameisha is our absolute favorite. We've been coming here every year for the past few years to enjoy the excellent sleep and the amazing breakfast. Staying for a few days, surrounded by mountains and sea, truly refreshes both mind and body. I particularly love the bedding – it's pure cotton jacquard, soft and skin-friendly, clean, fluffy, and odorless! A special shout-out must go to the buffet breakfast; it's simply fantastic. The variety is incredible, not just a simple meal, but comparable to the grand buffets at some five-star hotels. They have shrimp, pork, duck, dried fish, and cold mixed meats; hot and cold drinks like milk, coffee, and grain soy milk; various exquisite desserts to tantalize your taste buds; and fresh, juicy fruits like watermelon, cantaloupe, apples, and oranges. It's truly better than the breakfast at many other hotels! The location is also very convenient, with a subway station right nearby. Dining and shopping are easy, with McDonald's and other commercial areas right next door. The staff are all great, especially Xiaoyang, who is gentle and thoughtful. Everything is just wonderful. This is truly an excellent value option.

First off, the location is excellent. After exiting Dameisha Metro Station's C exit, you just walk straight a bit, turn a corner, and you'll see it. The map says 800 meters, but it feels even closer than that. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. They even upgraded me to a sea-view room for free, which had a small balcony. From the balcony, I could directly overlook the entire Outlets next door and the sea view. The breakfast was good too, similar to what you'd find at a typical large hotel buffet. After breakfast, it was really pleasant to stroll along the beach and through the open-air Outlets. I checked in too late to take photos of the hotel, so I only have pictures of the village scenery I saw during my post-breakfast stroll.

From the very first moment, this hotel stole our hearts. Perched right on the seafront, the location is nothing short of magical. Waking up to the sound of waves, stepping onto the balcony to watch the sun rise over the water, and having the beach just steps away — it made every morning feel like a dream. For a family vacation, it simply doesn’t get better than this. But what truly made this stay unforgettable wasn’t the breathtaking views or the luxurious rooms — it was the staff. After checking out and heading home, we realized our son’s beloved teddy bear had been left behind in the room. Before we even had a chance to panic or call the hotel, they reached out to us first. A kind team member contacted us to let us know they had found it and — without us even asking — offered to send it directly to our home. I cannot overstate how much that gesture meant to us. To a little child, a stuffed toy isn’t just a toy — it’s a best friend. The fact that the staff understood that, took the initiative, and handled everything with such warmth and care says everything about the culture of this place. This is what separates a truly great hotel from the rest. Not just the marble lobbies or ocean views, but the people behind it all — the ones who notice the small things and go out of their way to make them right. We will be back, without a doubt. And this time, we’ll double-check the room before leaving! 🧸

## Facilities: We booked a family room, which came with two single beds and a bunk bed – perfect for families with two kids these days. The bathroom had kid-friendly amenities and a small step stool. There's also a children's pool downstairs. ## Service: Staying here means you can catch the hotel's special train in the mornings, which runs every 20 minutes or so. We stayed during Chinese New Year, so there were some festive activities, and they even organized some mini-games for everyone in the evenings. During our stay, there were quite a few Indian guests who liked to cut in line, almost causing a dispute with some of the Chinese guests. It would be great if the hotel could put up 'no cutting in line' signs in English in the lobby. ## Cleanliness: The cleanliness was really good. With so many young children running around, the staff kept a close eye to make sure no dogs entered the hotel, which was a good touch. ## Environment: The surroundings were beautiful, filled with birdsong and blooming flowers.

It’s our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the view from our room, and the convenient location - good for hanging out around the hotel (it is right next to the beach and outlet shops) or taking MTR to other places (it is right next to the MTR entrance). The hotel area has a relaxed seaside atmosphere. 

So quiet and clean! The butler service was excellent! We brought our own tea set for a '圍爐煮茶' (a type of traditional tea brewing around a small stove) on the balcony, which was incredibly pleasant and comfortable. The balcony in our room had floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views. There's also a small outdoor balcony with a lounge chair, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The fourth floor has a private kitchen offering Cantonese cuisine, which you can order directly to your room! Downstairs, there's a common area for activities. We only stayed one night, but I feel like I could easily stay for several more next time! Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Xiaomeisha Beach. You just swipe your room card for direct access. The beach is clean and uncrowded, perfect for kids to safely dig in the sand and play in the waves – truly secure and enjoyable. Our room was spacious and bright, with a sea-view balcony, allowing us to enjoy the ocean even from bed. The dining options were plentiful and excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes, including adorable options for children, so there was no need to rush in the morning; we could sleep in and enjoy a relaxed meal. The Chinese restaurant served mild and gentle flavors that suited both seniors and children, so we never had to worry about meals. What truly stood out were the family-friendly facilities and entertainment! The kids' club was well-equipped, giving our children plenty of space to burn off energy. There were also abundant parent-child activities and even a babysitting service, which finally gave us parents a chance to relax for a bit. The hotel's swimming pool and gardens were also great for kids, and there were exciting evening performances. The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The staff member, Shala, checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything and even helped me with a late check-out since I had two young children. From check-in to room service, everything was meticulous, and they were especially gentle with the kids. Luggage delivery and response to requests were prompt, making for an excellent experience throughout our stay. The overall environment felt upscale yet welcoming, with plenty of activities without any fuss. Traveling with kids was easy and fun. This hotel is perfect for a family vacation, and we will definitely be back!

The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful. The staff proactively offered a complimentary room upgrade, paying attention to every little detail, which immediately made a great impression! The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the afternoon tea was exquisite and relaxing. The pool was clean and comfortable, giving a real holiday vibe. The best part was being able to take the hotel shuttle directly to the Intercontinental's exclusive beach. It was so convenient and hassle-free, allowing us to enjoy a quiet, private ocean view – truly delightful~ Overall, the value for money is outstanding. The service, dining, and amenities are all top-notch. If you're looking for a holiday in Dameisha, Shenzhen, this is definitely the place to choose. I've already recommended it to friends and will be back again!
