My stay at Atour Hotel was excellent overall. First, the hotel's location is great, with many shopping malls nearby, perfect for a stroll. Ordering food delivery was also very convenient, and a robot even delivered it right to our door. The facilities are quite comprehensive. The overall environment was also lovely; the hallways had a pleasant fragrance, making the whole place smell nice. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; they even upgraded our room and gave us a late check-out. Definitely a five-star review!

The apartment hotel has a fantastic environment with beautiful views. The facilities are excellent and complete, and it feels very safe. The front desk is available 24/7, and there's 24-hour security downstairs. You also need a key card to access your floor, which gives great peace of mind when traveling. The room itself was very comfortable to stay in.

The room was very clean, with a smart toilet and a projector. As a member, I could access a lot of content, and the price was incredibly cheap. There's a convenience store downstairs which is very handy, and plenty of takeout options nearby, perfect for young people. The service attitude was excellent; the front desk staff was very kind and always answered my questions. The cleaning staff also did a very thorough and clean job. I originally booked based on reviews praising the hygiene, and it truly was very clean and comfortable 😽
