XXiaozhudaochupaoI stayed here for three nights, and as someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I found the room to be really new and spotlessly clean. The entire place is smart-home enabled with Xiaodu, and the key card access to the upper floors felt very secure. The curly-haired guy, the girl with glasses, and the guy with the slicked-back hair at the front desk were all amazing! (I remember them because I asked for their help so many times). They were always smiling, incredibly patient, and even gave me a free upgrade! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time. There are also lots of great food options nearby – I recommend the hot pot malatang place next door.

RRatiry yanVery good experience the moment we stepped in, the check-ins staff Xiao Lee (小李） is super helpful and friendly! We didn’t get all the rooms on the same floor but were promised to checked next day and at first I didn’t put too much hope but ended up she called and even help me to move room to same floor with others! Also the hotel is just 20 steps to the station entrance super convenient! The best thing is they even give daily supper and free mini bar drinks! Highly recommended !

The hotel specially upgraded us to a room with a terrace, where we could sit in wicker chairs and stargaze at night, and they even provided a telescope free of charge. For breakfast, we could customize our waffles with a choice of fruits and cream, which my girlfriend absolutely loved. The hotel is very close to Shenzhen Bay Park, so we could walk to the seaside. When we returned, the staff proactively offered us ice-cold lemonade and towels. Upon check-out, the hotel gifted us custom couple keychains. These thoughtful details really touched us. We'll definitely be back for our next date!

MM55029****I highly recommend the InterContinental Shenzhen Dameisha Resort! My friends and I were absolutely blown away by our experience at this hotel during our beach vacation. The moment we stepped in, we were enveloped by a strong resort vibe. The lobby was spacious and bright, and the gentle sea breeze carried a faint salty scent, instantly washing away the fatigue from our journey. Our ocean-view room had an incredible vista; opening the window revealed the sparkling blue sea and fine sandy beach, with sunlight dancing on the waves – every photo we took looked like it belonged in a magazine. I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's travel photography service! I was initially debating whether to hire a separate photography studio, but it turns out the hotel offers its own partnered service, which was incredibly easy to book at the front desk. The photographer was very professional; not only did he know all the best spots for great photos around the hotel – from the seaside boardwalk and coconut groves to the European-style building terraces – he was also excellent at guiding our poses, so there was no awkwardness at all. The raw photos looked fantastic, and the retouched versions were incredibly high quality. My WeChat Moments were flooded with people asking for the link! The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. The beach was right downstairs, perfect for stepping onto the sand and enjoying the waves at any time. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety, with seafood, desserts, and Chinese breakfast options all tasting delicious. And the staff's service was thoughtful and attentive; they greeted us with smiles throughout and responded quickly to any requests. Overall, this was a perfect vacation experience, ideal for family trips, romantic getaways, or friends traveling together! The next time I come to Dameisha, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I'm already looking forward to my next round of amazing travel photos!

LLucius LiewLocation was superb, which is within 5 mins walking distance to Coco park shopping mall, and the metro station was just right in front of the mall. The room was a bit small but the kids loved the bath tub and enjoyed the hotel stay. Bed was comfy and room lighting was adjustable which made it very cozy. The only downside was pillows were flat and shower temperature fluctuates a lot so it was annoying to keep having to adjust the water temperature. Nonetheless it was still an enjoyable stay!

Our room was cozy and tastefully decorated, with all the soft furnishings thoughtfully designed, creating a truly wonderful ambiance. After check-in, the front desk staff proactively arranged a shuttle to take us directly to Building 40. Our dedicated WeChat concierge was available 24/7, proactively sending us breakfast times, local guides, and helpful tips. They responded instantly to any small request, and each evening, they reminded us about the complimentary 'goodnight dessert soup' available at the front desk. The soup, served daily from 8:30 PM to 9:50 PM, was wonderfully sweet and incredibly soothing. He answered all my questions thoroughly and processed everything quickly. All the staff were very friendly and greeted guests enthusiastically. It felt like coming home. Secondly, the room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable mattress. The layout was also excellent, making great use of the space. I saw some reviews mention the sink being next to the bed, but I actually found this to be a clever design choice; it was very convenient and optimized the space. Plus, the water pressure was fantastic, making showers super refreshing. What drew me to this hotel initially was that it's a standalone building, not shared with others, ensuring high security and privacy, and it certainly lived up to that. The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing for the drainage pipes; when someone upstairs used water, it was quite loud. The airplane noise, however, was actually fine and didn't disturb my sleep.
