Отличный отель! Номер новый, приятный дизайн. Работа персонала на твердую пятерку, находятся на связи 24/7, решают все вопросы. Я бы добавила в номер посудомоечную и стиральную машины, но это не критично. Обязательно приедем ещё! Спасибо большое!

Побывали в апартаментах семьей 2 взрослых+ребенок в январе 2025 по рекомендации друзей. Приезжали большой компанией, несколько семей.. Ресепшен - нас встречала девушка с темными кудрявыми волосами, очень приятная и отзывчивая, она сделала наше пребывание максимально комфортным и выполнила все наши просьбы. Спасибо! Первое впечатление сразу хорошее)) Номер классный, дизайнерский ремонт, чистый, просторный, мебель новая, есть кухня и посуда. Тапочки, халаты, зубной набор по запросу, бесплатно, все быстро принесли. Напор воды хороший. В номере тепло. Мне лично не хватило большой подушки, в апартаментах подушки плоские, что подойдет далеко не всем. Завтрак - вкуснейший, большие порции, 5 сэтов на выбор + напиток, мы брали чай, а это большой серебристый чайник, наливай сколько хочешь, тем, кто любит чай утром, понравится)) Есть прокат, снаряжение брали там, так как состояние хорошее, обувались и шли на трансфер, который ходит каждые 30мин, до горы ехать 5 минут. Спа - ходили на 2 часа с 13:00 до 15:00, у нас дочь, а с детьми можно только до 15:00. Для нас это было неудобно, так как после бани с детьми на гору кататься уже не пойдешь, поэтому просьба к администрации сдвинуть крайнее время посещения для семей с детьми, на более позднее, до 17:00, например. Утром покататься на лыжах, потом спа. В целом, отель понравился! Вернулись бы мы? Ответ - ДА!

Прекрасное место, удивительно чуткий персонал. Не было трансфера 15.11, но нам, и еще паре гостей, вызвали такси. Номер продуман до мелочей, удобно отдыхать длительно, есть рабочий стол, услуга стирки, а девочки в любой момент готовы решить любой вопрос: мне вот плюшка для горы нужна была - предоставили и еще какую!!! Молодцы!!!

На сайте отеля анонсированы услуги, которых нет. Интернет падает каждые полчаса, скорость передачи данных ниже 2 мб/с. Расписание трансфера на гору, размещенное на официальном сайте отеля - фальшивка. Рейс 16 ноября в 11.00 не состоялся. Дети мерзли на морозе под обещание сотрудников отеля, что « вот- вот» и « через 5 минут». Уехали на « Газели» в половине двенадцатого. 14 и 15 ноября трансфера не было вообще. Правда, отель вызвал такси. Персонал запуган и скрывает имя управляющего отелем. Дичь.

К сожалению, на 10м этаже был совсем плохой интернет (пришлось пользоваться платным). Чехарда с трансфером до горы. 2 дня его не было совсем. На 3й день ждали трансфер полчаса для того, чтобы уехать на гору (по расписанию нас на гору не увезли).

Рекомендую для проживания всей семьей. Новое, современное здание с отличными, стильными апартаментами. В комплексе имеется зоной spa, а на первом этаже расположен ресепшен, ресторан и развлечения для детей. Трансфер к склонам по расписанию.

В марте 2023 года мы посетили спа комплекс в данной гостинице. За не маленькие деньги и всего на 2 часа мы попали в красивое, но абсолютно бестолковое место. Данное место хорошо только для фото. Заявленные джакузи на самом деле являются просто двумя тазами, в которые по очереди один за другим спускаются посидеть люди. Когда я это увидела, я была немного шокирована. Никакой гигиены, уж извините. Обычная вода, без всякой хлор обработки. Парилка сухая просто греет или обжигает. Там даже не вспотеешь. Хамам, расул и на этом все. Мы 2 часа просидели в расуле. Больше делать на данной территории нечего. Чай ужасный. Такое ощущение, что поставили самый дешёвый, не ароматный травяной чай. При всем разнообразии повсюду. Везде искусственная зелень. Сидишь в пластике каком то. Но на фото красиво конечно. Больше в ваш спа не пойдём. Меняйте своё отношение к гостям. Это выглядело, как просто надувательство. Для фото и не более. Отдохнуть не получилось у вас. Пришли и не поняли зачем.

Отдыхали в гостинице с 4 по 11 января . Из плюсов : комфортные номера. Все очень чисто и уютно . Заселили раньше 19:00 за что огромное спасибо!!!! Вкусная еда . Очень вежливые и приятные официанты. Очень понравилась светленькая девушка , у нее много значков на фартуке , к сожалению не запомнили как зовут. Трансфер , который курсирует до сектора А и В. Расположение отеля. Из минусов : Уборка . Отсутствие шкафа ( очень не продуманно ) . Гель и шампунь нам принесли только на 4 день . позднее заселение . конечно это регламент отеля , но все же. Если ехать отдыхать в Шерегеш , то однозначно сюда. не смотря на все минусы , очень хороший отель.
